Cool project, well done buddy. Do you have an idea, if the TC185 has the same engine case as the TC125? Can a TC125 or TC185 engine be fitted 1:1 into a TS125 or TS185 frame? Or maybe to swap just the left engine case with the dual gear to a TS case? Which ones had e-start?

Hit the choke to shut it off used to do that for my old riding mower
I had one of these way back. Make sure the oil pump is functioning properly or it'll need mix
Put in the original needle ; two strokes are extremely sensitive machines
Do you still have the seized TC185 engine? It's with the dual gearbox, right?
No I do not I ended up selling both of them in a package deal
