Cracking build, I had a TS125 and a TS250 back in the early 80's, both of them were cracking bike's, I used to thrash the arse of them, I used to drool over the pipes you could get for them, I live in the UK and we never got them over here and with our climate the pipe's would rust out .
Here in the north Eastern part of the USA our climate also rusts everything . Old aftermarket pipes are hard to find and typically expansive when you do !! I was lucky to come across this one . Make sure you subscribe and watch the rest of the build !!! We plan to attend a vintage bike show with it on February 25
You have done a lot of the stuff I want to do to my 1972 ts185. Love the build. Did the front fender just mount up or did you have to custom make any brackets? Also, what metric dimensions is your rear tire? I have had a heck of a time trying to figure out how to go from inches to metric on these old bikes.
I have a 72 cr250 Husky that I could us your help on. I can’t get it to fire after the first kick. It’ll pang once then not fire again till the next day.

Most likely due for a new ignition . The old motoplat systems were never intended to last 50 plus years . Look into a “ Vape” ignition system
The TS185 was not a racer.
No the TS 185 was definitely not a racer !
vintage racing should be kept at a lower cost,$10000 maicos are rediculous i won't pay it ,it won't matter if i don't race
