Can you do a series where heroes have like 30 attack and defence with offence archery and armourer or something. See which units work best with combat stats would be nice
Picking Grag Hack was a bad choice. The 5% attack increase seems small, but if you have units in the hundreds and thousands, that 5% racks up pretty quickly. After the 1st round when the red dragons got slaughtered, I already knew stronghold would win. The fact that it ended up as a ranged fight in the end only proves my point that the outcome could have been very different if your hero had a combat irrelevant skill instead.
you really ought to try and put the tier 7 units in the middle more often against breach attacking ai, as they will think twice before they charge in when the retalliation is big, wont allways work, but could change some battles
With the speed advantage the dungeon just need to wait for the first turn, then auto attack. The dragons and scorpions charged in and got focused too fast. I know this was AI battle but just saying its not fair for the dungeon.
Well i think i understand the reall meaning what you saying but look joke how it sounds for someone who don't know Heroes : with the SPEED ADVANTAGE the Dungeon JUST NEED TO WAIT for the first turn 🤣 weird game
Maybe you could do same fights but without 7th lvl creatures? For example necropolis could smash dungeon. Even fortress would be as good as other cities
Ancient Behemoth vs all lvl7 creatures and always win if they have high numer like 50 vs 50,Just always win nomatter what! 100 vs 100 is even better for Behemoths.
You should have taken the hero in consideration as well. The creatures are balanced according to the hero. Just make both heroes lvl 10 or 20, and see how it goes.
Yes every creatures of Dungeon have special abilities and they have nice stats too. The only down-sided units are the Mainticores but that's not a big deal because the others creatures are already too strong. But in another hand, their buildings and their costs are freaking expensive.
actually, only minotaur and dragon's buildings are expensive. All others are OK, and I usually build them in 1st week even on 200% difficulty (assuming I get 10 gems for building minotaur's lair obviously). And the dragon's cave... well, it is expensive indeed, but then so are all other level 7 dwellings (except for hydras and behemots) and it's perfectly normal for dragon's dwelling to be expensive considering how powerful the black dragons are (300 HPs, magic immunity and breath attack). So, I don't consider Dungeon to be THAT expensive as you guys make it to seem. Tower seems more expensive to me with those mages, genies and nagas all costing shit ton of resources to build and upgrade just to be allowed to build giant's dwelling and giants are not even good for a 7 tier non-upgraded creature. Even hydras own them... probably
First battle......that is why you don't yolo your strongest creatures to the enemy crowd. :P
The stronghold hero had specialization on offense skill ...
Exactly what I thought - you cannot give up your level 7 unit like this. :(
Medusa Queen stone gaze three times in a row.. damn
Man, those minotaurs just deal heaps and heaps of damage.
Damn the ranged showdown in the first battle though XD
OMG situation changes so dramatically after upgrade.

Damn,u somehow managed to win it on ur own, must have been pain in ass
these should also include unit cost; edit: unit positioning gave a MASSIVE advantage to black dragons during the second fight
And that shows the whole thing about the reckless AI 😂
1:21 what the fuck is ogres doing?
They retreat because Shooter's superiority was achieved.
Why did ogres walk away from medusas? that felt like a strange move.
Lure in deeper on the shooting range
Good video, as always!

He removes all secondary skills before the battle in map edit. (he explained it in the comments of some other videos)
Dungeon heroes are magic user. The AI clearly didnt use magic and only use hand to hand or range combat. Probably the player have orb of inhibition.
Additionally Yog specializes in Cyclops and gives them atk/def/spd boosts, making the second fight unfair for Dungeon as well.

crag hack has advanced offence, doesent he? also why let cyclops free hit when he has melee penalty

Can you make battle but only (goblins vs troglodytes) 7slots 100goblins vs 7slots 100troglodytes.
Perhaps, I am currently making random videos about the game, but when/if I return making battles I probably will do thing like that.
Isnt it unfair that craig is the hero for the orc army?
No, because he removes the secondary skills in map edit before the battles.
He's clearly altered, no barbarian or even battle mages start with 0 att & 0 def
Why does the units animated? What Heroes 3 do you play?
what
What I think he's trying to say is, "why are the units animated? What version of Heroes 3?" And the answer is, Horn of the Abyss.
AI is so brainless that this don't really show anything
Like Polands military in 1939?
Crag Hack has unfair specialization in battle.
Why you didn't choose another hero?
im pretty sure hes editing both heroes in these fights. they always have 0 att and 0 def so he prolly erased crags spec too
Yeah, AI, of course! You put your strongest unit in front of everybody else + the Behies... OF COURSE! What could go wrong?
Maybe you could do same fights but without 7th lvl creatures? For example necropolis could smash dungeon. Even fortress would be as good as other cities
The Hydra is pretty good for these big drawn-out fights, they are just not that good on the map for clearing fights quickly.

Cyclops MVP
Dungeons are too strong because they are expensive
evil eyes and dragons too many hps, and minotaurs too much damage, otherwise shit faction
One of the weakest level 6 creature Dungeon has but it is quite decent overall.
decent yes, strong no
