Apparently never had to go to BMH.They treat you like a stray dog and if you are uninsured, you are not treated at all.Its a private hospital and are not required to treat you,and they will not.Even with insurance, the care is sub par.
I'm sorry I would have to disagree Blount Memorial Hospital has always treated us with the utmost respect. Even without insurance. We just pray if you ever need them again you'll experience the same professionalism we have over the years.
@@LeeShaneREALTOR 2 years ago I had a kidney stone and was told there is no way it will pass without surgery. In complete agony, with my entire urinary tract blocked off and urine backed up,they gave me a pain shot and a ride in a wheelchair out the door.Had an ambulance come get me in the BMH parking lot to take me to UT.
Eric, email me your email address and I'll get you setup on a search that can notify you when homes matching your criteria come available. You can also use my website www.tennesseemountainhomeforsale.com To search as well at your leisure. Either way I'll be here to help when your ready.
Guess it never occurred to me, the summers seem normal to me. I suppose the high humidity might take some getting used to but it a good trade off being able to live in East Tennessee.
@@LeeShaneREALTOR I live in communist California and would love to move to a state like TN. but I am on the old side and I think it would be too much for me at this stage of my life. Another thing is Californians are disliked where ever they move. I don't need that.
We don't care where your from as long as you don't bring the politics with you. If I can ever be of assistance please don't hesitate to contact me. God bless
i still love everything Maryville has to offer if i was considering moving....i might consider the surrounding communities. but yes Maryville is a good place to live
Had to look up the fact that the video was made 2 years ago cuz the average house cost now is almost a half million dollars around $380,000 you can't get a one bedroom apartment anymore here cheap
Thank you for the video! Quick couple of questions... The air quality looks good comparted to knoxville is that true? How is the traffic going to and from Knoxville and is it a high or low tornado zone? Thank you in advance for answering.
Thank you for watching, in response to your questions The air quality in Maryville is scored 56 out of 100 where the national average is 58. On the other hand Knoxville was once rated the 23rd worst city in the country for air quality. As for the commute to Knoxville from Maryville, there are several routes and all pose their own challenges during rush hour. When it comes to tornadoes East Tennessee has only seen 11 tornadoes since 2015 as compared to Middle Tennessee at 70 during the same time period. Maryville has become a destination people are moving to faster than homes can be built. Thank you for your questions. God bless
@@LeeShaneREALTOR Thank you for responding Lee. There is a head coaching job open at the college that I may be interested in. They are hard to get even with experience. Just got back looking for home. No way! Unless you want to move to a new California hip punk town. California people taking over and bringing there hipster way living. Ever field is dug up for new cookie cutter houses. Old Town feel is gone.
Maryville is definitely growing and will no doubt experience growing pains. We pray those moving from those other states don't bring their blue mentality and try to change our state as they have elsewhere. Come on....theres a reason they are leaving.
How about 3 reasons not to move to Maryville… 1. farmland is becoming non existent due to developers piling up cookie cutter builder grade homes that you can stand in between with your arms expanded and be able to touch two houses. 2. Schools and roads have become severely overcrowded. 3. The overflow of new construction single family homes and apartments being piled up here has drove the housing market and cost of living through the roof. Utilities have went up per the utility company to compensate for the amount of people that have moved here. Quit advertising what used to be a peaceful town to live in before it gets any worse.
Live near Maryville on the Tennessee river; Decatur/Athens. SE Tennessee is the best place to live.
