- Impact of the Middle-East War on the Singapore Property Market.
In today’s video. I am going to talk about the ongoing Middle East conflict and its impact to the property market. I will take references if previous wars around the world have any impact to the Singapore’s property market. How will this affect you as a buyer, should you low ball? What if you are a seller, should you drop prices now? Watch on to find how more.

Alan is really kilat. Salute u
Thank u
Thanks Allan, imo the conflict in other parts of the world would benefits sg, as monies would flock to safer places, n in Asia, sg is the top choice.
As long the conflict is not in Asia (esp over TW) then we are much more or less fine.
As for financial crisis, it is difficult to predict, as long jobs in sg are safe property price is going to be firm.
On a side note to be wary of the repeat of 1997, n the possibility of oil embargo in ME , u can see now won, yen depreciates sharply.
Make sense...SG Is a safe Heaven.
Does rental market affects property price?
Short term. No.
Long term. Yes.
Just curious. Why come u change to PropNex? Era commission no good? Monopoly also no good
Lol. Sometimes we need changes in life. So we can get out of our comfort zone n do even better.
Hi Alan , may i know is sin ming ave 5 room hdb flat beside Bright Hill Station a good buy ? Thank
As long u don't mind the age.

@@wangsuen2391 can try. If cannot. Then review again.
it is a conflict, not war..
Point noted.
Wah Alan don't bite your finger like that can, your thumbnail so spicy I see liao buay tahan
I was wondering what if I bite both..? 😆
People sio pak in middle east and Europe, not our dai ji 😂
Allan, you did not focus on the danger of the warmongering US poking its nose in the South China Seas and encouraging the Philippines, Taiwan and the US allies to fight a proxy war with China, our Asean largest trading partners. Should a war break up in the South China Seas, Singapore and other Asean countries' economy would be badly affected. The blockage of the Straits of Malacca would badly affect freedom of navigation and logistics movement. I would rather not invest in the property market because of the unforseen events.
All this ongoing and will continue to be debated..what if they don't stop. How? Runaway shorter too.
Jai Hind. If Price crashes due to WW3, I will move from my 2 rooms Flexi and retire in Sentosa.
If WW3...We fear for our job already..
Very long winded. 🤣
In short, he was saying that the Gulf War, Russo-Ukraine war and Israeli-Hamas conflict have no negative impact on SG property price index
