Hey man, it’s clear how much time & effort, you put into this video. The segment where you talked about asymmetric risk and evidence-informed medicine was really interesting. You’ve laid out logical points that resonate in an incisive online health landscape where you have people like Layne Norton (RCT diehard) on the one hand and people like Bryan Johnson on the other hand. I think your perspective on some of the topics in health & medicine delivered in this format could be incredibly valuable for the general public and I strongly recommend that you continue to make videos in the same vein.
Definitely worth the 💰 reading Outlive the 2nd time. However, it is not for the faint hearted. He talks about diseases for which we have no cure. As to prevention? That's not a certainty 😢
Hey Jubbal I really want you to cover what made you choose contacts over usual lenses. You always cover why you choose some med decision and this is really important to me. I have been thinking about doing a Lasik and I want to know from your perspective
"If your Great Grandmother wouldn't recognize the food don't eat it". I don't think that is the powerful advice you think. Many Great Grandmother's where in there prime long after the invention on Frosted Flakes and Tony the Tiger. He should just say 1895, the year Kellogg debuted his first flaked cereal. All my grandchildren's great parents are currently dieing from metobolic syndrome related diseases.
Skin in the game is what's really matters, Not titles or how popular he is This goes both ways... (talking to you Vegans with your pushy narratives) which shows biases
Wow! This smartness overload is a bit scary. See it often with people who have longer heads, relatively smaller eyes and speak fast, and before you throw any shade, my son has all of that. Time to do some research on this one. Maybe there’s a casual relationship between bigger heads, more neurons and intelligence 😮
I am so happy that longevity is becoming mainstream

This video should be included in every medical school orientation lecture.
Oh, did he just dedicated the video to his mom? How sweet.
So caring 😍
Great summary. Thorough and yet concise. Truly thankful for the time you put into this. I have the book and just started the cancer chapter.
This is high quality content mann!
This is beautiful. So much clarity. It’s an understatement to say how succinct, thoughtful and life changing your videos are. Thank you, Dr. Jubbal

Great video, I think there was a mistake cause Colesterol ISN'T water soluble, I may be wrong, again great video 🎉
Correct cholesterol and lipids are not soluble in water, they rely on apolipoproteins for that
Spreading the word 🙏 longevity is my long-term goal.
I need to sleep more 🤞one day. As this is hurting my lifestyle, longevity goal.

Doesn't have a big head...😂
I wonder why Peter never mentioned David Sinclair, a longevity expert in OUTLIVE...I think he deserves a mention.
