Take either of those homes and place in the Seattle/King County area and see what happens to the prices! I can't believe how wildly different home prices are in different areas of the country. Those homes are a steal at even twice the price around where I live.

@@Masatao1 People can get drop down shades on the back patio to keep flies out. I have them at my place! You wouldn’t leave them open until fall and spring. They bring in lots of light and look great as well 👍

Exactly ! Almost 500k for a place like celina (yet to be fully developed) is quite expensive.
