I came across your video when researching about tennis elbow as I have been suffering issues with my right elbow (dominant arm) whereby I have been diagnosed via ultrasound for tendinosis (I believe is the chronic version of tendonitis) but the pain I continue to get (for the past 8 months) is similar to tennis elbow but instead of the pain being on the outside of the elbow is more the front/top of the elbow (when relaxed downwards and almost the opposite side of the illustrated side for tennis elbow). What I have also found unusual is that earlier this year I was diagnosed with Hep E and there was no issues until the Hep E cleared and it returned until a recent cold and there wasn't an issue for about a week. I am currently waiting for my orthopaedic appointment in Dec but looking at methods to help my current issues.

Following my previous comment, I had to see a different GP today who upon seeing my elbow advised me that I could actually be suffering from Gout. So my question is can Tennis/Golfers Elbow be misdiagnosed with Gout (both ways)?

I suppose this is possible for sure. There are many differential diagnosis' for the elbow so this could definitely be one of them. However I know gout is not a common sight at the elbow and usually effects the knees or feet.
