Thanks. I do the swiss ball, but have a much better way to do it. I plase my hands under the ball, and roll ower, so that my head comes close to the floor. My forarms are sstabelisers under the ball. It is a greate exercise this way and fun too😊

this is a great exercise and an interesting vid/method comparison... for info, one option not discussed is: you can ask a metal fabricator/worker to produce a rack attachment (elongated 'H' shape basically... measure your rack to get correct fitment) that you could replicate the proper/full movement with - of course you'd need a rack (!) and also some form of cushioned surface to lay across the rack safety bars (you could cannibalise an old bench for this if you can't be bothered to make it yourself) ... there are plenty of ideas available online for making racks more useful 👍
Hi. Just slightly recovered a few weeks from lateral and anterior ankle pain on left ankle. After making an easy lateral bound and calf raise, my left ankle was painful recurrently. Should I stop doing stretches on my ankle?
I got a sprained in knee mcl side during football play time someone fallen on the my right leg and then injured 4 week ago and i checked to doctor he told me its minor injury no needed mri he checked valgus test was postive but on that day of injury i felt my knee was unstable for some hours but after sometimes mye knee was automatically stable but on this day i feeling pain inside and during bend what should i do can i do this excercise and still i can keep crepe bandage on knee by doing excercise can my pain go away tell me
One thing I can honestly say has worked for me, is a hot water bottle as often as possible!! Ice only works straight after the injury happens.. but you want heat on it.. I’m starting to feel the pain shifting from near the bone to nearer the muscle now.. at least 3 or 4cm.. doc says the tendon is starting to heal now.. it’s been 3months in total, 3weeks since I started the hot water bottle, and 4days on the pain shift. I’ve had a total of 2 cortisone injections near the bone in the tendon, 1 this morning in the muscle. Doc says the pain shifting is a definite change towards a recovery.

I found that my QL is making up for much of the Lost power or stability in my glutes. And a back injury is not far away. These exercises are much better for me

Yes, these exercises are legit for foot and ankle stability. Keep at it and you'll notice the progress soon! Typically signs are improved function and strength and decreased pain levels.

I like a flat bench with a Swiss ball on top and you lay upper body on the ball, reach down to grab the sides of the bench and do reverse hypers that way

Saying "alternatives" suggests a diff. ex. that works the same musc. (to me). There is no alternative to DLs.These are different but not alternatives. It's like saying leg press is an altern. to squats. It's just not.

All exercises are safe if you prepare your body and use appropriate load
