What happened to that video you said you were going to upload on December 2nd, the video about your back and your stem cell treatment. I'm excited about that

Wow! All the way from Lybia! Here's the update; I just had my post-treatment MRI and scheduled a consultation with the doctor to review the findings. The follow-up video is coming soon!

What about “golfer’s elbow” ? My pain is on inside elbow. Possibly from peloton bike or weight /strength training . 70plus female.

Hi Dr. Whitten, I browsed through your channel, but I didn’t find something related to my problem (a less common one than the tennis elbow): the cubital tunnel syndrome; the problem is that despite the various treatments, the pain hasn’t disappeared for almost two years now

Hi Otilia, Sorry to hear of your struggles. I don't currently have a video on cubital tunnel syndrome. But it's a great idea for a future video - I'm adding it to my list.

Thanks so much for the solution to Tennis Elbow. I will incorporate your recommendations into my daily routine.
I suspect that my long term Dupuytren's Contracture is a factor in the pain I experience in my right elbow. I've been compensating for muscle weakness resulting from Chronic Lyme that caused both knees to swell up like grapefruits and left me unable to walk a couple of years ago. I'm still attempting to regain my muscle strength from that. I'm getting treated by an Osteopathic Medical School Professor (OMT - Sports Medicine), and I'm in physical therapy.
Since my own daily exercise routine is the most important part of my recovery process I am extremely appreciative of your training.
Would you consider the factor of Dupuytren's Contracture as an additional concern for the elbow pain and perhaps figure out an exercise to keep me from losing the use of my right hand? There are no sensible solutions for Dupuytren's Contracture that I've found, except exercise. Thank you for your video. Very helpful!

You're most welcome! I'm so glad the videos are helpful for you!
And you are absolutely right about Dupuytren's Contracture and the lack of good solutions. I could certainly see how that condition could lead to an imbalance in the forearm that would predispose a person to elbow pain.
