Everyone is always just happy to be there and shoot no matter how they do or what they bring. It’d be fun to do a video of some shooting after the challenge when everyone gets dialed in with no pressure.

Great video! Thank you! Some good shooting. I think most of us make mistakes under pressure. 😊 Loved the honesty which was displayed. God bless all here.
Happy to see someone finally loaded an extra mag. I feel like some of the other people just want to look "cool" by single loading rounds into the chamber after their mag is empty.
Yeah I shoot comp so having second mags on hand was a must for this. The longer you take to shoot the more wind and other variables will change and mess up your shot.
When you reload your own ammo, you can usually load the OAL to be longer than the mag. Thus, not allowing you to use the mag. It help with the jump from the case to the lands, allowing more consistency.
@@Persuasian338 true. However 6.5cm works best with 2.8” seating depth for the COAL. This also happens to fit standard magazines. Furthermore in competitions you need to shoot fast and magazines are necessary to win. A lot of hand load developments are subject solely to the gun individually and can vary. Some guns may like longer or shorter seating. Typically F class shooters don’t seat their bullets that long.
@@Persuasian338 yes. But I’m referring to the shooters that have been a part of this challenge who start off using a magazine (even with their own hand loads) and then once they run empty they just single load a round instead of loading an extra mag. In some cases it makes sense to just single load a round, for example if they only have one or two attempts left in the challenge. Or if they’re very confident and know they are close to getting an impact. But some of these shooters I feel just want to look cool and end up just fumbling around with their rounds and taking a long time lol. And they’re free to do so. I’m not trying to be the reload police lol but I just think it’s a little bit silly when they can just have an extra loaded mag ready.
Impressive 30 06 and shooter. And Ghille would’ve gotten on quick but I caught the wrong turn first thing and was watching further right for that splash. That young man is impressive with the RA.
