I think it's a damn good marketing tool with a put together looking bike like that seems to be.
120 year anniversary my ass. The "heritage" is fake.
Indian Motorcycles has not been around 120 years. So How the heck can they have a 120 year anniversary? only 120 units just means it will be a rich mans bike. I am not a fan of limited production anything. It does look nice but I still think Harley baggers look better.
It's custom paint. The rest sounds standard. Not worth THOUSANDS extra!!! Regular models come painted already.

If AMF hadn't pulled their downing rat ass out of the torrent and developed the Evo Hardley-Ableson would be an unpleasant memory. Admit it. A friend of mine bought a Chieftain this past fall. Though he kept his Harley, he parked it for that Chieftain. That Chieftain rides like a Cadillac. I test-rode a Chieftain. I guarantee it will turn a 3 hour ride into a 4 hour ride because you have to stop every few miles to get off the bike and let your ass laugh. 🤣 It will change your mind about a Harley.
I do want to ride one...I will be very surprised if it changes my mind but I will try and be objective...

I do like that finish on the engine, the however I dont see the over value in paint job.. I'd prefer the JD paint project more

It would be hard to choose between tradition and the technology of the Challenger.
It's a good looking bike Mike, I noticed that rear cylinder head looked like it was in the frame tight, about a 1/4" in-between frame and the cylinder, it's definitely a sweet looking ride I think the only thing I would do is put a Harley Batwing fairing on,then it would look even sweeter 👊🏼😎
Yeah I prefer the batwing but HD probably isn't going to let them do that lol.

Thanks for the video. I rode 2 20201 model indians this weekend and a triumph rocket 3. The indians were ok my 99 honda valkyrie rides watt better though. That triumph is amazing 2500 cc 165 lb tourqe

Beautiful, but I am not one of those attention seekers that need to have a 1 in 120 limited run bike with that extra price tag just to show off at the local bike stops. A 2021 Indian Chieftain Limited or Dark horse will get me to the same place just a fast. At least the CVO version of the Street Glide offers a CVO only edition engine.
I expect rich fat cats and collectors will end up with most of these and they will get very few miles...

Thanks for the video Mike. Let's see here. The original Indian company was 1901 to 1953. The attempts to revive the Indian name in the nineties and early 2000s were using Harley engine designs. Now we have the Polaris editions. Technically they are celebrating 60 years instead of 120. The thing that irks me about their motorcycles is the power switch on the dash/fuel tanks. It looks like the on/off button on my computer tower. For me it takes away from the vintage look they are trying to achieve. Indian still does not have a model with a 6 gallon fuel tank. My Road King isn't going anywhere.

I'm not sure about these ultra-exclusive production run bikes, will people actually ride them or are they just an advertising stunt?
At 120 worldwide I doubt i see one in the wild... I expect half end up on display or in a private collection for someone there never rides it but just wants to own it..

While nice looking I just don't consider thirty five thousand dollar motorcycles worth the expense, let alone Indian's which really don't hold their value. Then again I laugh at CVO models for similar reasons, its just paint and extra options out of a catalog that you don't get to choose

There is nothing special here , 120 years , bahahaha ha ha , cough, cough, snort, fart. Since 2013 , just saying , I am not a fan . I would like them better if they , polaris would not use the real indian legacy , heritage , or what have you . These are polaris motorcycles, not Indians . Thanks man , ride , and be safe .
I got about 300 miles in in the last week since we hit the 60s. But now it supposed to be rainy for the next five days.
@@RidingintheOzarks I haven't got to ride since November , pinched nerve , my 2020 Heritage is calling to me , I need to put tires on one , service one , but 2 of my 4 are ready to roll .
