Hua Hin has great shrimp and is a nice charming place. One of my favorites.
Very very nice resort and your villa was Devine . A very interesting day with cocktails, crabs, sharks and sunset 🌅. Nice to see you brought your friend she seems lovely . That food looked delicious and what a great view . Good to seeing you chilling and enjoying the Thai nightlife. See you on day 2 … ✌️

Went to Hua Him many years ago, we took the train which was an experience but still enjoyable. Our Hotel was not so good so after 1 night we moved to a resort complex which was beautiful, outdoor shower and direct access to the pool. While we were there it was the jazz festival so the place was packed. Each day I rented a horse and the owners allowed me to go off on my own as I used to compete they could see I was in control... lol the horse bolted on the second outing but not an issue. There were three of us that went and like you say it was completely relaxing after the chaos of Bangkok. This video brought back some lovely memories ... Thanks Rob ;-)

Great one ! That resort looked amazing. The bus can also drop you off in a few places along their route I think by bluport , the main beach and one or two others …but always on the main road it seems. But for the price it’s a good deal.
They have a shuttle service from the resort as well as push bikes you can use.. We got Grab taxi that was only 80 baht into the main centre
A really nice resort and a wonderful getaway from the city. I went to Hua Hin a few years ago and thought it was incredibly boring. The girls in the very few nightclubs were rather 'seasoned' and for sure they hadn't missed any meals. But you did it right with BYOG (bring your own girl). So when I have that chance, I'll make a trip there. Your friend is a cutie. Good thing you took a photo of a Thai girl opening her wallet; I've never seen that before! Hahahaha. Bill
It was lovely there.. and yeah shes amazing also.. she has her own money and doesnt need me thats for sure. Just a shame some comments were left that I had to restrict the comments section and will likely not include her in future vids much anymore

That resort unit looks stunning (well, everything in your video actually). Would love to find such a unit with my own little pool - but on top of a tower somewhere in central Bangkok. There are some towers like that like near EmQuartier but way above and beyond what a normal person could afford.

I’ve stayed there 1/2023. What you’re seeing is definitely a higher end suite. However, the rooms do have a sense of timeless design. The personals pool and deck are more money.
I didn't feel like I was in a hotel when I was there.. more like a home.. did you enjoy your stay there?
@@ProjectBangkok I did enjoy it. Actually it was 2021 and there were a few people there. Did a little work out at the pool and was lucky enough to get a parking space in front of the hotel. Probably not these days.
Looks great, next time you go head to Bung Bua where you have the wooden bridge and water lilies. Also, did you ever get back to Bang Saen? Thinking of visiting there in a few weeks time.🇹🇭
I was actually thinking about doing a budget train day trip.. super cheap travel and some time at the beach and exploring.. in the next couple of weeks I think
When i go to Hua Hin i tend to stay in a hotel on the beach. Last time i went i tound a load of bars ,clubs by the Centara Hotel that stayed open till around 6 am. The Thai middle class tend to hang out in some bars and craft bars on the other side of town. I also went to watch Hua Hin FC play. I prefer to stay more towards the centre of town. The Rock looks good but a bit too far out of town for me personally.

Can't even own a villa in Hua Hin I'll pass. And the beach is not very inviting. Just my two cents
