I combine intermittent fasting and Keto. So powerful, had to go 2MAD as was loosing so much weight. Now adding 50g carbs to maintain weight and be able to fast once a week to get Autophagy

Attain Energy-Deficit either through a) chronic calorie restriction by tracking food b) dietary restriction (reducing or eliminating certain nutrients c) time-restricted eating (intermittent fasting between 12-14h fasting) = best results: a combination of a, b and c. 2. So thankful you are come out with the true issue. I’ve lived in Omaha except for the last three years.our daughter graduated from UN at UMC with Phy. Therapy and PA degree. So loyal to the state and the institutes. Do have any associates in the Mc Allen Tex.? I go there in the winter and would like to offer a speaker to my park neighbors. I’ve had great success with limiting my carbs. Went off a statin for 6 months and improved the major blood numbers by40 and 50 points. So very thrilled! Thanks for your work. I also listen to Ken. Berry. I’m living in Ark. but come back to see my Dr. At the Med center.

Sucrose is a disaccharide composed of glucose & fructose which r monosaccharides. It's white sugar, table sugar. Most energy drinks such as gatorade, powerade is mostly sugar; 75%+ sugar composition. Energy drinks sold at gyms, advertised as healthy r actually worse in sugar composition. The purpose of electrolyte drinks is replenishing sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, zinc, chloride, phosphates, bicarbonates; ur trace minerals. It's just better to drink water, or find an electrolyte drink that's sugar free; the sugar content overrides the benefits u get from the little electrolytes u get. Companies such as Red Bull r banking on ur sugar addiction to make money. It's a multibillion $$$ industry; multitrillion if looking at the total scope of the industry. They want u sugar addicted & keep u sugar addicted.

Great video! I slowly started to gain weight even doing fasting because I wasn't eating enough protein at all when I broke my fast.

BMI is a horrible metric. It doesn't distinguish between fat and muscle.
How about waist measurement to be less the half of your height. I have seen that suggested many times.
