    Hello Dr. Morgan. I just subscribed partly because of your blue eyes. I don't watch TV but I watch TH-cam 24/7. I watch music live streams and became friends with people around the world watching music live streams during pandemic lockdowns. I bought a keyboard 3 years ago and started my on TH-cam channel 1 year ago. I enjoy learning new songs and the positive feedback. 🎹

    How to keep my LDL low while doing a lowcarb way of eat, my LDL goes up very high on lowcarb yet I do lose body fat pretty easy, don't want to take mes.need to stay at 20gm.carbs or less

      My LDL is high but my HDL is also high and my triglycerides are low. To determine cardiac risk factor, divide your triglycerides by your HDL. You want that ratio to be 2 or less. Mine is 1.0. So while my LDL is higher, having that ratio means my LDL particles are mostly big fluffy A particles which don't cause heart problems. The higher that ratio, the more likely you have small dense LDL particles which can cause atherosclerosis.
