My favorite Gearloc. Just went through Automaton of Shale with a friend as Gasket… 1/2 the game I was running around with 2 HP 😂 Btw I think Gasket IS a Gearloc… just look at him, he has a window you’d see on a ship, etc… I bet a near-dead Gearloc was saved by placing him in a shell.
Can you cut and gut at the same turn? E.g. y 3 hydro (1 + 2) and roll both cut and gut dice at the same roll. Then lace first cut die followed by the guy die. Is that allowed? Ofc if cut die rolls a bone it is an expensive hydro roll. Same grab /get.
There is something confusing in this comment. Gasket only spends hydro when USING a skill die. He does not spend the hydro to roll it. So, if the cut die rolls bones, you don’t end up spending any hydro because you wouldn’t then gut and a cut die used as a bones costs no hydro.
I just dont get the love for Gasket. I tried him and found his damage to be super low compared to attack gearlocs with not real big upside. I must be missing something playing him.
He is great at tanking given the high defense and the innate. The poison immunity can be a huge help for a team as well by preventing more vulnerable Gearlocs from getting poisoned.

Oh man that off-centre printing on the "Ram" die would drive me craaazzzy.
Looking forward to watching this one. I have played Gasket quite a bit - but it is good to watch other people's playthroughs and get more out of them.

If you use cut, can you reroll on the next turn? Or cut die will be on the baddies affecting them u till they die?

Do the defensive dice in his active slots from Innate / Innate+1 subtract from defensive rolls, per typical gearlocs?
That is correct. Any defense dice in your active slots lower how many defense dice you can roll.

The fact that Gasket dosent need to target with his ability, means that i can use his ability to a adjacent unite with “ Fly “?
