Hell I’ll say it if it’s not to serious and there is little to no damage. Insurance premiums and deductibles will be terrible for the both of us. Your insurance can go to $70 a month to $200-$300 for a little scuff of paint to get fixed.

It may sound strange, but it is a way of teaching someone young a lesson in certain countries where life isn't exactly easy. Yeah, that driver was very calm. It's wasn't until the dude on the bitcha$$ sportster turned into a Karen and started screeching demands for an "explanation" that the driver met his intensity.
As obnoxious and stupid as a lot of these drivers and riders are, there's utility in these videos. In my instructional classes, they are very useful in showing new riders what upcoming potential accidents look like.
That's one of the reasons I watched so many of these before getting a motorcycle. They're really condensed compilations of drivers doing things the riders didn't expect. I try to guess which car is going to do which stupid thing before it happens.
Then I wonder why every rider in these videos forgets they have a horn. The car can't hear you say "omg whaaattt", and isn't going to immediately understand what a revving engine means. Kind of frustrating watching how a lot of these riders just kind of sit there and let whatever happen instead of getting themselves out of danger and trying to alert the car.

I'm 15 years old, and too young to ride a bike, but I cycle on my bicycle 16 kilometers a day to go to school and back home again, and I've been cycling since I was 3 years old. Many people missed me, but I am lucky enough to have never crashed. People on bicycle and bikes are easy to miss.
