Great review. I just ordered the BlackVue DR750X-1CH Plus Cloud Dash CamBlackVue 32GB / Free Hardwiring Kit Included / CM100 LTE Module for my 2022 Ram 1500 Rebel. Thanks again. 🤙🏼
Well you made a statement that the Plus is better at night - but for example at 5:15 after you pass under the bridge (looking at the rear cameras), I can see a couple walking on the left side of the video with the DR750x, but they are not visible with the DR750X Plus - it’s too dark. Can you point out where in any of the side-by-side video, the Plus shows more detail at night? My first reaction was that the side-by-side videos were mislabeled based on the way you described it?
From Blackvue UK Support: The Plus model will not come to the UK, the re-naming has only been caused due to a change in a electronic chip which was lead from a world wide shortage. The UK procurement team saw this shortage coming and purchased enough stock to last for the foreseeable future. Just to clarify the X Model and X Plus Model are the same camera.
So it is just marketing spin! Was about to buy Blackbox in the UK, well two of them - but with the very poor reviews of the recent app and firmware upgrade for the 900x I might just give it a pass :(
damn... those sensors for this price? 70mai 8-10 times cheaper have better ones. In my opinion BlackVue need to refresh sensor asap to not sink like a tank in a river

Dear BlackboxMyCar, I have been watching your videos for a while now, just love all of them! Keep up the awesome work! Also I have a question about this video you just made on the DX750X Plus dashcam series. What I would really like to know is if you can hook up a DX750X-1CH Plus unit on another DX750X-1CH Plus unit, so that in the end you have two DX750X Plus units recording at 1080P 60FPS both front and back. If this setup works there will finally be a 1080P front rear setup recording at 60FPS which will be awesome! Do you know the answer for this? if not would you be willing to test this?
Thank you! And great question, but unfortunately there is no way to hook up the two units to each other. The only way to do it would be to have separate power sources for the dash cameras. Hope this helped, and thanks again for watching 😊
I am in the process of returning two of these cameras, the reason is that the video quality especially in the rear camera is far from worth this price. Customer service has been very good, but I can't really pay over the $ 400 for quality video that barely lets you see the license plate. In functionalities it is very good, but there are other similar cameras in functions with better video quality.
Hi mate, my car has started labouring to start after two years of using the 750x. Battery life is still good. The 750x parking mode is in built to control battery level correct?
Hey there. Yes, if you hardwired the DR750X into the car battery then the camera has built-in voltage monitoring/cut-off. If your vehicle is having trouble starting, then I recommend turning up the voltage cut-off a degree or 2 in the settings, which should give the battery more room to breathe, so to speak.
Do you recommend/know a dash camera that you can charge to keep on and not have to use all these cables but still have 1080p 60fps video with a 2 Channel system?
That would probably be the BlackVue DR750X-2CH that offers those qualities. However, by "keeping on", we're assuming you mean keeping it charging even when your car ignition is off. We don't recommend this because that will impact/drain your car battery. Your best option would be to hardwire and add a dash cam battery pack to it.
The DR900X front camera shoots at 4K 30fps. The DR750X Plus shoots at FULL HD 60fps. So its is capable at shooting at a higher frame rate but has a lower resolution. Both rear cameras shoot at FULL HD 30fps. So in terms of resolution it is not a better camera but it has a better frame rate
