Some lettuce spinners come with a smaller inside strainer bowl for just this purpose or you can just use the main one.

I'm not sure. We don't have Shop Rite in Canada but you can get frozen fruit at every grocery store I've seen, so imagine that you can get them at Shop Rite. ☺️
