Nice machine. I have the 2022 version of that bike. Very rare in my area. I have not seen another one in my two years of ownership. They always get a conversations going as people don't know what they are. Really nice bike to ride with that lovely low end torque. Enjoy. Occasional full throttle will help seat the rings and the occasional venture to 5000rpm won't hurt them during break in but you can ride below 4000rpm all day and still stay ahead of the traffic. Wonderful low rpm useable power. Mine will pull away from a stop without touching the throttle and it will putter along at 50kph in fifth gear and pull to highway speed nicely without shifting down. They are a little buzzy at 3500rpm but that gets better after break in and the first oil change. I guess mine still buzzes a little but I don't really notice it anymore. I call it character. On another note, my dad grew up in the Homeglen area south west of Edmonton. I believe he was the first baby born in Alberta on Jan 1st 1929. Bob in Ottawa
Hello there Bob! I have only ever seen the W650 years ago in Ottawa (2007). But I've never seen the W800 anywhere on the roads. I'm also finding the buzzing is diminishing as the bike breaks-in more. I find engine and clutch and power delivery to be extremely smooth it's like riding in a Cadillac.
Thanks for watching. I'm really enjoying this bike, although I think that's it for the season here in Alberta. The 2025 colour does look nice. I'm glad they did away with the halftone colours.

@@deinfluencing They do ride nice and plenty of power for what I need.
Catching up on your videos. Looking to get a 2025 W800 when they show up in the US next year. I like the new brown color they have. Really cool bikes.
