Mateus is so eclectic and articulate. I just feel like listening to this maybe grabbing a nice romantic dinner and a glass of red wine, rather than dissect the technicalities and I think that’s a great sign that he has technique at the service of music , and to me that is reaching the top as a musician.

Mateus is just next level. You could listen to him play for hours. Suhr guitars are without a doubt some of the finest guitars made. I own two and would not trade them for any other guitar on the planet.

I've never heard anyone that can play *anything* that comes into their minds like Mateus can. He doesn't take short cuts; he doesn't need to.

People should heed this. Dylan Moran had a great bit a people taking pictures or recording video. In short you’re not there “in the moment.” You just want validation you were there to show your family and friends. It’s like people taking pictures of their food. Look at me look at this.
