ANSYS - Double tube heat exchanger: Part 3: Computing

Hi, is there any problem if I simplify my design as three domains only without the inlet/outlets perpendicular to the external walls? I mean, the cold fluid inlet would be parallel to the hot fluid outlet. I have run some analysis but shows divergence erros, back flow and limeted viscosity errors. Please let me know if you have any suggestion. Thanks in advance

Hi i did just exactly as yours but a little differences in geometry, so the solutions were not converged!!!
