ANSYS - Double tube heat exchanger: Part 2: Meshing

Hello.
I have a question. I make a model like you, but how to add, for example, 3 cells across the width of a solid? Your model only has one cell wide. I tried to do "edge sizing" but it doesn't work because ansys meshing makes extra edges. Could you show me how to add 3 elements wide and 30 elements to the arc length on a solid?
