I got a problem (thin/surface) in tube part and the system said (wall operation failed (geometry engine .while generating thin..)
2-operation failed for all face sets (thin/surface…)

Iam using Ansys 16.0 and when I use the section plane, my solid body is hollow. How do I fix this?

Hello. Make sure that you have executed all extrude operations correctly. Also make sure you have used 'add frozen' while extruding.

@@cfdbabaopenfoamansyscfd2972 Yes I cross checked it again. But when I remove the section plane, and apply the thin feature and boolean, I am getting seperate solid bodies for the flow domains and walls, which is what was required.
