I genuinely didn't ever think about pause buffering for psychic slice. That's genius, although way too much for any new player to think of (considering I and one or more of the top commenters have been playing the game for years and just now learned it.) I'd probably replace the tie stamps from Table Tennis and Swordplay Duel. If you don't know or think to get them right away, they become SO MUCH HARDER to acquire later on (while still using a single Mii), particularly at, and beyond, pro class. Edit: As for the hard list, I'd probably put Save Face or 200 Pointer from Return Challenge on or near the list. The former is basically a very prolonged, champion difficulty table tennis match against an endless AI that you completely lose if you miss a single shot, while the latter is an RNG endurance nightmare. Recycler would be a contender if 200 Pointer didn't basically get you there automatically. Me and one of my siblings both tried it, and despite our different skill sets and liking of Table Tennis, it took a week for only ONE of us to complete them. Either way, absolutely amazing video! It's awesome to see Wii Sports and co. Get some serious rep besides rage compilations and retrospective reviews.
Thank you for your detailed and honest feedback! With a video like this and going into detail about why I chose stamps where I chose them, I did try to find the balance between personal opinion and (particularly in the easy portion) providing starting points for newer players beginning their stamp journey. I think with the way I approached the video, the ranking was more balanced in the opinion side rather than the educational side, not by much, but enough to have noticeable questionable things like the ties relying on lower difficulty opponents to be easy. I did have the Lucia stamp and the bowling perfect game stamp as considerations, but they're my two favourite sports and I have a LOT of experience in them. They were simply removed out of sheer personal opinion, however having more honourable mentions in the video is probably something I should've done. Thanks again for the feedback, I'll be sure to take note of it in future!
@@ShockwaveTLS Thank _you_ for _your_ detailed reply! Honestly, since a list like this is largely opinionated, my own "criticisms" are honestly just differences in opinion (or nitpicks, at best). It could be argued that Island Hopper from Island Flyover is the easiest stamp because there's no "fail" state and it's arguably the least _mechanically_ difficult, meanwhile it could also be argued that something like Not A Scratch or either of the strike stamps from 10/100 pin bowling are easiest, because they are stamps that probably occur automatically without (extra) effort, even for new players, on a first playthrough.
I am genuinely shocked that Balloonatic is the 3rd hardest stamp. The only annoying part about it is how long it takes to find all 600 balloons. I honestly had fun grinding this stamp.
Definitely gonna use some of the strategies for these stamps. Just got the canoeing medal before stumbling across this video, and I had to bring out a 3rd wiimote that only worked half of the time just to beat the expert course. Keep up the great work.
There's a few that I'm surprised weren't in the Top 10 easiest stamps: Bag of Tricks (Wakeboarding) Triple Dip (Pickup Game) In Your Face (Table Tennis) High Five (Skydiving) I guess the bar is so low that these are too precise?
Just had another look at a few of these stamps: Bag of Tricks: Whilst it is easy due to the fact you can just do smaller jumps, there’s still 7 different jumps to land, and they have to be unique to one another, so there’s a bit too much involved. Triple Dip: Similar to 100 Pin Strike where it’s doing only one quite complex thing but it is challenging, I’m a lot better at bowling than basketball so I’d find the strike a lot easier In Your Face: You’ve gotta aim it towards the face, too much precision for the easy list High Five: You gotta get 5 people and make sure their faces are visible, which is a bit too much to do to make the list So yeah basically what you said, some of these could scrape number 10-number 8 but after that they definitely wouldn’t go any lower, the bar is that low.
After watching this video, I didn’t even realize that I went for the hardest stamp in the entire game overall. I’m kinda shocked to be honest. Also, I’ve been struggling in 3 point contest and conoeing in general recently. Also, for baloonatic, I feel like that might be a medium difficulty stamp for me to be honest. I know that finding all balloons is hard, but as long as I got the locations down, I should be good. However I would add perfect game in standard bowling to the hardest ones too cause I can’t figure out a strat on how to consistent since this is different than wii sports. Also for ace of clubs, my score so far is -15. I’m only -3 away from getting the stamp. But thanks to this video, I feel more confident in trying to get the rest of the stamps in the game!
I tried to get the Balloonatic stamp and it almost ended up with 9 year old me getting a really bad headache. Some of the balloons are near damn difficulty hidden to the point you have to very carefully go pop them without dying. It can end up with you going around the same area so many times trying to get all of the balloons, making you look like a lunatic to the Miis (lol). Also, Untouchable I feel is the hardest personally. My reaction time is awful and I always end up getting jumpscared by the likes of Stephanie or Greg in the Reverse Showdown section.
@@ShockwaveTLS You inspired me to play some Wii Sports Resort.. after almost two hours I finally beat Lucia.. I cannot tell you how happy I am rn. This took 10 years 😊
I’ve had my copy of Resort since for years and never managed to find them all so far. There were a couple days I’d sit down and try to find the last ones, but no matter how many guides I follow and how many times I fly over the town, those buggers are impossible
FAQ (Or rather, what I expect to get asked) Q: Why are all your stamp names incorrect? None of these names are in my game. A: The NTSC and PAL versions of the game use different names for a lot of the stamps. Whilst I am European and therefore use the PAL version, the majority of my audience are American, so I used AP89's stamp completion videos for the preview of each stamp, and only referenced the American names. If you want to find out watch each one refers to in PAL, you can either use context clues or check the Stamp entry in the Wii Sports Wiki. However during the video as I needed to get gameplay footage, it uses the PAL version of Wii Sports Resort, so you may see other differences. Q: I think x stamp should go here instead / why did you put x stamp here? A: Honestly, the stamps could be adjusted quite freely, and I probably wouldn't disagree to any stamps I haven't put here. Hell, even some of the stamps I would change now after making the video, but it would be a bit pedantic. Q: Why didn't you cover all 100 stamps? A: I would rewrite what I said in the description, but since I've already written it once, I advise you check the description. It should also inspire any other hobbyist TH-cam creators to help balance the time around work, play and making videos. I'll update the comment if I see anything more I can add. Thanks for watching!

Very well put together video, I even learnt some new techniques despite playing the game for over a decade. Good work.

And not to mention, sometimes balloons can blend in with stuff.
Like the ones on the beach in daytime & evening.
until youre missing one balloon and you have no idea where it is so you have to go through all of them again

I was thinking Off the Wall in 100-Pin Bowling was gonna be the hardest.
This was really great! Well thought out and presented 😄
as a gay guy I feel like I have a natural disadvantage in anything where I have to go straight
I like how I have none of the 2nd-10th hardest stamps but I've completed the hardest one multiple times 😂
Same
ive only ever grinded for ace of clubs i was hoping it would be on this list bc its the only one i care abt, gonna get it soon fs
Beating Lucia should be on here took me 2 years to beat that mf
What’s next? Top 10 hardest amazing feats in Wii Party U?

Im suprised that table tennis didn't make the list.
I still haven't beaten the champion 😢
Table Tennis is one of my stronger sports so that's why, same reason why the 10 Pin Perfect Game wasn't there despite so many others

Great Video, I would have chose differently though...clearly the golf stamps are the easy ones, and everything else is difficult...
Nintendo agreed, after all they made you get an Albatross in Club…
Man I remember missing one singular balloon and I still don't know where it is (I never looked it up) xD

Without the pause buffering trick, where would " A Cut Above" be on this list?
@@zooms7889 probably not top 10, or if so near the bottom of the list
@@ShockwaveTLS i'd say it's harder than 'Untouchable' but otherwise i could see the argument for all of the other stamps over it
wait you can cheat in that stamp? that’s sick LOL
