I think a huge contingent of Doug's audience are people who saw all of the movies from 97-2002 but mostly stopped watching after that, and he made a mistake by trying to survey the ENTIRE collection of DCOM movies right up to the present instead of weighting it toward the earlier movies. He's the NOSTALGIA Critic, after all.
I'm still hoping that you'll do the Movie Brink! and also check out the movie Recess School's Out which apparently got a release in the united states so it should have been a Disney movie you would have done in a previous year, but you didn't. So here's hoping.

It's one of the best rated of the lot and has a great "Are You Afraid of the Dark?"/"Return to Oz" feel--the only one that is genuinely creepy, I think. I was looking forward to Mom's got a date with a vampire because I know it hasn't aged well. Not as bad as Can of worms but it's probably pretty bad. I was looking forward to Mom's got a date with a vampire because even though it's one of my favorites from the original movie roster, I know it probably isn't looking so hot these days and a review would've been a nice walk down memory lane. A "Look at this goofy movie you overwatched as a child. Remember your weird vampire thing and the even weirder crush on Charles Shaughnessy?" if you will.
The main charming part I enjoyed was when they encounter the aliens and talk through Zenon. When the guy asks "why didn't you just take what you needed and go?" Zenon laughs and says "Taking without asking is not polite" I thought that was cute and something I wouldn't have expected from an alien encounter in a movie

I think the Z3 was a little better. The one thing I didn’t like is that Raven-Symoné wasn’t entirely in the movie. Hughes basically video chatting with her friend telling her what’s happening on earth. Maybe she did want to come back to movie but had a scheduling issue at the time.

The design of the alien ship was my favorite part of the movie. It's so colorful and awe-inspiring like a giant rainbow butterfly.

I have fond memories of the Zenon trilogy. Then I saw the title ZENON 2: The ZEQUEL and I knew that this was going to be stupid.
Can't wait to see what Doug thinks of the Moon goddess in the 3rd movie.
I think the Z3 was a little better. The one thing I didn’t like is that Raven-Symoné wasn’t entirely in the movie. Hughes basically video chatting with her friend telling her what’s happening on earth. Maybe she did want to come back to movie but had a scheduling issue at the time.

yeah that's the thing about Disney originals they don't do sequels very well. I although some get TV shows
The Granblue Disney didn't really do any sequels well in those days
not true some did fairly well, for example, I enjoyed The Return of Jafar, Halloween Town 2 was ok.
