Hey sis, Writing ethics for the 2nd time and it’s just discouraging 😩 thank you for sharing. definitely taking these for my upcoming exams in the coming weeks ❤
Don’t be discouraged, you are almost there! Your “failure” is going to motivate someone else one day 😁 keep pushing 💪🏽 Wishing you all the best in the upcoming exams ❤🎉
I wish you the very very best of luck with your papers. You’re now knocking at the door of Admission. The key to passing all 4 is really taking the time to prep for them. Maximise on your prep and you’ll go from “SBWL” to “I DID IT” 💯💪🏽🙌🏾
@@shelateffo I have started preparing I did really really well with Paper 2 and 4 at law school because I read the guides and did board exam past papers.I have prepared for court procedures and this week I am doing attorneys practice(no idea why there’s so much contract law in that paper 😭). The plan is to do wills and estates next month Then use the whole of August just to revise
Such an informative video🙌 I wanted to ask, how long do you have to write the exams after articles? Is there a cut-off date, eg. 2 years post articles?
Thank you for watching and I’m glad you found this video useful 😃 And yes, you NEED to do do more past papers💯 there’s no point in cramming content if you don’t know how to accurately apply it to questions. So past papers are the way to go 😉💯 Best of luck with the exams 😁
In terms of the Legal Practice Act, foreigners need to qualify as legal practitioners in South Africa before being able to practice as such. And you can’t qualify without writing the exams so yes, it means you can. Further requirements are listen on the Legal Practice Council website ie being a permanent resident of South Africa / the requirements specific for people of your country who want to practice in South Africa ☺️
Im 34 and I'm about to pursue a degree in Law. I am so happy

Thanks for the advice ❤
Please can a foreigner sit for this exam? I'm aware foreigners can't practice. I'm from Ghana.
