I'm seeing this and hearing it but my brain is in a complete twist. How on earth, for a 2.0 to sound like, if not better than a V8. I mean I had a 2.0 engine and sold it, then bought a 3.0 V6 and honestly, after hearing this I absolutely regret it haha. This makes my V6 sound like a mouse. Geeeees. I absolutely love it mate. Maybe I go back to 2.0 but I've got to make it sound like this.
Haha yeah I know right ! My brain also didn’t comprehend what was coming out of this thing it sounded like an absolute roaring beast. All you need is a worked 2.0 engine with an oversized 4 barrel holley carburettor that pumps a disgusting 25 litres of fuel per 100km (9.409 us miles per gallon) - I think it may have been even more 😂. I did actually convert this to a more traditional side draught Webber set up which looked amazing and performed more responsive but didn’t sound quite as good.
Woh ok cool man. Yeah it's either I try pimp this V6 with my 5 speed manual tranny and try to make it sound similar to what u have or sell it and go back to a 2.0 auto, which I originally had 🙈 and pimp it. I just went bigger coz I see V6 and V8 Cortinas and I was hell yeah that's what I want. After hearing what u have, I can brag V8 all day and they will all just believe it 🤣🤣🤣
Jitesh Ratanjee ha ha yeah every car meet I went to people thought it was at least a six or a small V8 Especially the time when I was missing a couple of bolts from the exhaust connector on the way to a meeting LOL this 2 L was connected to a five speed supra gearbox, I like the manual but it may have driven with an even tougher sound in Auto. I did have a V6 capri engine I was planning on doing the same but never got around to it if you have a V6 in a cortina that’s awesome, haven’t seen this done so I would stick to that project, to be honest it wouldn’t of had as much power as a V6 and it was very worked I mean you were super light so did have an advantage. I suppose it was keeping with the theme of the car but there’s only so much you can do with a 2 L old school engine, I dearly I love to have done what the guy did that I bought the long engine from he was doing up another one to supercharge it that would’ve been killer. .

I know straight pipes could have difficulty with tuning but this is perfect
Ha yeah i wish you can leave staight pipes on all the time it did sound way tougher.

Isaiah Thomas 4 into 1 extractors into 2-1/2 inch pipe. This sound is with disconnecting at the extractors !
