I'm 62, long time fan of Led, early Rush, Sabbath, etc. Hearing this song first time ever. The first heavy rock song I heard at the age of 10 was Sunshine Of Your Love. Then Purple Haze.
Este lp lo compre por curiosidad en Montevideo me llamo la atención la carátula pero me guíe por la intuición la voz del alma un gran grupo con un violero impecable Tato de maldonado
Everyone is saying this song sounds like a certain Led Zepp ,well their is stuff out there saying that Led Zepp's song sounds like a certain song so it looks like everyone stole from everyone so stop making comparison's & enjoy the music! 🤘 peace & love to everyone!❤🤘👍
DR.ILJA LASAROFF.BULGARIEN...
This sounds a lot like dazed and confused and obviously influenced by it. Nothing wrong with that, Budgie were one of the most innovative bands in the 70s
Led Zeppelin is just the blues with guitar distortion. Other bands were doing it too, so I don't it's think fair to compare Budgie to Zeppelin in that sense.
@@alanbell9171Led Zeppelin plagiarized but at the same time they were absolutefuckingly and undoubtedly a unique band, they created their own style. They took songs and made it their own.
All Hail the 6 ton Bird!!!! Thank You Burke for everything you gave us!
I have loved this song for almost 50 years!!!!! Same with Napoleon Bonaparte one & two
Quality track, I'm 47 and first heard this when I was 10 years old, still listing now

@Manny Ruiz I heard this album around 1974 and I was hooked on Budgie from then 😎🤙
Me too I found this album when I was 14 and I'm 58 now I always thought it was a badass album long before Metallica did
Strange there is no comments at all, this is a great song by Budgie😎
The best heavy, 70s rock band most have never heard of.
@@mannyruiz1954 Budgie is the best kept secret in Wales!
@@ScramblerMotorcycleI've only just learned of them and began listening to them this past week. One of my favorite finds ever.
Great band! I saw them live in Gothenburg Sweden 1974. Still like them a lot.

Soundgarden has heard this I think.
They were big Budgie fans. Even covered a Budgie song or two. Van Halen, Angel Witch, and Iron Maiden were also big on 'em.

Budgies the shit
It's got a Led Sabbath groove. Proto Metal Gods
"Dazed and Confused"+"In to the Void"maybe?
@@mixaliskokkinos1496Yeah, it's a mashup of both songs. It's droopy mustache metal.....🥴

Rush + led zeppelin
I just think they sound like Budgie 🤷♂️ 🤷♂️
Danzed and confuse
Pretty good, but a little bit too much Led Zeppelin
but with way worse vocals and production.

Thats odd saying a band is like led zep, the amount of bands, musicians they ripped off. The oasis of their day. 😂
@@skullduggery3377Burke was a great vocalist. Check out his vocals on crash course brain surgery.
