Franklin Clinton is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series, appearing as one of the three protagonists of Grand Theft Auto V. These are the criminal charges he would have faced had he been arrested after the events of GTA V.

@@cinemacopA defense lawyer can still technically get the charges dropped for the shooting. Even if Lamar shot first, they still shot at Franklin for almost no reason. At worse, it would be illegal firearms possession (CA limits pistols to 10 round magazines) and illegal carrying of firearms (California requires a permit to conceal carry) on top of probably manslaughter charges for deaths that are preventable. This would be a case that goes to trial for sure.

Also about the whole "under F.I.B. orders", I'm pretty sure that if they had gotten caught in the game Haines wouldn't have ever tried to save them. But in a scenario in which everything was found out, then they would probably be able to say that the FIB told them to do it and therefore don't have as much problem related to those cases. Anyway pretty funny videos to watch and keep up the good work 👍🍞

Absolutely not. The whole under F.I.B. Orders excuse is stupid because they’re corrupt FIB agents and Micheal Trevor and Franklin know they’re corrupt. So no they wouldn’t get off those charges they’d be charged for those murders too. Yes they’re being blackmailed BUT they have every opportunity to report those corrupt agents and seek a non corrupt law enforcer.
To be fair though, at the beginning he’s doing his job repoing cars. No different than if a tow truck driver has the paper to tow your car if you’re behind on payments.

and considering each crime he did varies from judges(for example his first crime was 1+ years which means it’s anywhere from 1 to 5 per say. And each crime has a variety) 1000+ years in prison for Franklin is basically 3000 years.

No. The reason some people get like 1000 year sentences is to ensure they never get out. The thing with life sentences is thst they can be forgiven. So if your cake is 100 years in reality you might get out after only 20 years or so.

@@danilablond If anything Simeon should get those charges, but they could legal repos under the contract but illegal repo as far as the methods are concerned. Franklin has the paperwork on the first repo but runs from the police for some reason anyway. (Probably expecting to not have his story believed.) Entering sealed property such as the Vago's and Michael's house is not legal. Maybe the legal process would involve police and a warrant for the property as it would still be owned by Simeon until paid off. Simeon's contracts are shady for sure, but might actually be legal.

The coke on Hood Safari, is not enough to be distributed, but they still intended to distribute it. The charge of distribution could be fought on lack of amount, but they have possession for sure.

Dave Norton I would say can only really be charged with the crimes committed by Haines. And I do believe in a court he could probably pursued by saying he was acting under orders from Steve Haines since he was his superior.

When Franklin and Lamar took those vehicles it was a reposition so it was legal for them to take the cars because the person who owned them did not pay for them
Simeon’s repossessions are illegal, even Franklin and Lamar refer to them as “boosting cars”. Michael directly calls it out in Complications.
@@danilablond sorry for being late on this, but the only repossession that was illegal was Michael’s. They had legal means to take the motorcycle and the two supercars because Simeon’s business is selling cars with crazy interest rates to people and when they don’t pay having Franklin and Lamar repo them so it is morally wrong but not illegal
