It goes the other way too, though. If you never land a hit, that damage boost isn’t gonna do shit. But if you have good defense and agility, you might be able to get out of a situation that would’ve killed you. And realistically, there is never a time where you NEVER get hit. People always make mistakes. That’s why defense is consistently helpful. There’s never a time when it’s a waste to have defense. If you’re no hitting the game, it’s gonna be too easy either way
