Yes, I've wanted to see a build like this for so long! I loosely based my resist urge off Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde. You gotta make the dark urge the creature from the black lagoon!
I really really appreciate you building with mods with balance in mind. Sooo much modded content is absolutely bonkers to the point where it takes away much of the decision making in build crafting ❤ I'll happily be adding many of these to my own mod repertoire
Funny enough one mod I thought was super op actually isn't as busted as might've thought Dread Overlord Warlock, it adds so much stuff depending on if you have shield of souls active and having different paths the build could progress with Pact Blade / Tome / Chain, it makes the general Warlock who's spamming darkness clouds and abusing Eldritch Blast into a pretty unique class in my opinion. Yes it gives some pretty powerful abilities in the late game, but it's nowhere near what Mystic will make you

Misty Step could be flavored as a teleportation trick. You take a sip then throw the bottle, when it hits the target you get sent to where the bottle was. Its alchemy, that could probably work
I like the idea of added mods to the fun build you make, and the fact that you pick ones that all people can use. I have one suggestion. Can you put the mods you use in the description section. I have one idea for you can use. Maybe you can review mods to.

Started a new play-through and going with this build for gale and i gave him the hag eye as well so it sort of gives him a half and half look

This is such a well done, and imaginative build. If you do more for Halloween I'll certainly be looking for them!
