Weight Loss Surgery 1 Month Post-Op Update | My Gastric Bypass Journey

I had a Gastric Bypass on December 1, 2020 at Mexico Bariatric Center in Tijuana Mexico. I am now 4 weeks post-op and it feels like time is just flying by - how can it already have been a month?! This was the week of Christmas, and learning to eat with my new tool but also not get FOMO during the holidays has been a challenge, but my hard work on changing my mindset and my relationship with food is starting to pay off. It's easier to avoid junk when nutrition is my goal. Although I feel like I've made a lot of progress in a short amount of time, I also know I have a lot more work to put in and it's not all downhill from here. I'm excited for where this takes me, though!
