Weight Loss Surgery in Mexico - Week 5 Post-Op Update | My Gastric Bypass Journey

I had a Gastric Bypass on December 1, 2020 at Mexico Bariatric Center in Tijuana Mexico. 5 Weeks post-op and I'm just now starting to feel the nausea. Everything has been going really well - and it still is, honestly - but starting to add more and more solid foods back into my diet has left me feeling more nausea and discomfort this week than any of the other weeks so far after surgery. It's a good reminder that this is definitely still going to be a learning process and take some time to figure out what all works and doesn't work. I've got to learn to appease my new tummy!
