Excellent video 👍I started detecting with my Dad back in the 80s😊Then hot out of it mid 90s My Dad and his buddies in Norfolk VA back in the late 70s use to have the first underwater machines😊Hey i was 12 and yes they found everything 😂 Va beach night 1 am low tide i found 14 dollars in change one fat silver ring ,...And yes you could look back and see where we dug right nrxt to the water edge and the drop zone was shown😎
Nice , I can understand what your saying compared to some of the younger generation . A sand scoop & pointer , ha , don't worry I'll get it out . I'm hurting right now from a old half broken Nautilus . I'm in NC close to where they were made . I talked to one of owners & he said it will work even if its not balancing correctly . He.s right it does work but I might still send it in & get it worked on & save it for future generations . The main problem is it's tooheavy or more likely I'm too old . Hey your right about the cuts , Have you noticedif you can find pier piling bits you will find coins . Not sure why but they seem to wash in together . I would seriously consider a minelab but they sound awful
I recently retired and was looking for a good beach detector as I live here in Florida. I’ve been looking into the equinox 600 and was wondering your thoughts for mainly beach and occasionally parks. I’ve also been thinking of saving money and getting the budget friendly xterra pro but wasn’t sure how it would do in comparison. Thanks for the great video

What do you think I should get a gold monster 1000 or the equinox 800? I live near beaches and parks. What would be a good detector for parks and beaches? Give me your advice please! Don’t know too much about this but you do, I just want to spend my money wisely.
I would have to say the Equinox 600, unless you want to spend extra money for the Nox 800. The 800 offers a Gold Prospecting mode, but unless you will be hunting gold nuggets, you don't need it. The Gold Monster is a Specialized Gold Prosping metal detector, and is no good iat the beach or in trashy parks.
