- Battling the waves while beach metal detecting. Christine runs for it as I try and get that target! Fun morning at the beach! Christine got a chance to try out the Manticore. We are using an Xtreme sand Scoop. Although pricey it sure has held up nicely!

The beach and the sky look so beautiful
I have to say, it is the best part of living here.... I can give up a lot but leaving the beaches with amazing sunsets/rises would be tough
Hi Christine & Bill you were both having lots of fun today. Some neat findds and usual trash, but you were cleaning up the beach as well. Bill kept waving or were the waves winning. The fire truck and fire car were one of the neat finds.Thanks for the video looking forward to the next one.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

13 degrees here this morning in Connecticut. Love to see you both braving the elements and especially the waves. A good entertaining hunt and I see Christine still has her trademark with the toy vehicles

Raining outside so watching on the big screen Digging So Cal with a cup of coffee in hand and typing the ‘enjoy your vids’ on the hand held device. Nice finds and good to see Christine is having a good hair day 😂. The waves are still a bit unstable. Was out about 20 feet from waves stopped next thing I know was knee deep in water holding onto the detector snd scoop. At times it’s a bit crazy out there

Hey guys, Christine we had temps of 17 this morning only going up to 27 for the high. 49 would feel like a small heat wave to us. Bill, sorry to see you get clobbered by those waves. I can't imagine how cold the water is. Everything is ice here, we had some snow last weekend. Some crazy finds this time. The sky there had some nice colors. Some finds are better than no finds. Christine. I don't blame you for wanting to stay clear of the water. Take care guys, talk to you later.
The water was not bad. I bet it would be warm for you! 17, wow that is just down right cold. This time of year any find is good considering less people on the beach and just as many out detecting still...

Thanks.... the water was not that bad. Christine's hair is really getting long again.... had not noticed until this hunt. She also knows she can have any detector she wants and I was hoping she really liked the Manticore. I don't know why she is so hooked on the Xterra.... that is ok though...as long as she is happy and detecting

Bring a boogie board next time Bill!🌞 I’m metal detecting on vacation, in Hawaii with my sister. We both have manticores… so far coins, tent stakes, the usual junk… lots of odd metal, some toys and a few pieces of jewelry, nothing fantastic yet. The biggest treasure is the view and super kind people. 🌞
I fill all my holes too, but I think it is absolutely hysterical that you were having that serious discussion about falling in holes… in front of five hundred horse hoof holes! 🐎
Yeah it is funny especially filling in a hole next to 3 or 4 holes dug by kids that are way deeper and bigger....
I like when you share a finds bag. Nothing gets accidentally snuck in without both of you seeing it. Christine is very dressed up for the hunt.

How Fun. Looks like a chilly day on the beach. Uh...I was out shoveling snow this morning where I am. It was 18F. So that chilly day on the beach would sure be welcomed here...Not enough taco money found... 🙃

Have yet to hunt a beach but if and when I do I think I will stay in dry sand . No wave jumping for me. :-)
LOL...it was not that bad... If all those people can go out and swim then getting hit by a wave was not too bad... but never turn your back to them because they are watching and waiting...lol

40 ° isn't that Cold when the Nights are in the -20 ° range and the other day the temperature was 28 ° and it felt like a Heat Wave and Short Sleeves and the Winter Season isn't over yet and the Roads with the 6' Snow Drifts, and getting Taller. and then the One Lane Road and hopefully you don't meet someone else and someone has to Back Up and they are not Speeding and can Stop 🛑, and the X-Terra Pro is Loved ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤......

@@DigginSoCal The First time and possibly the Last time that I was Even Close to You and I was in Bumper to Bumper traffic and our Speed was 70 MPH on the I-10 heading to San Diego and my Area it's Bumper to Bumper traffic and 25 MPH and that was some 40 years ago since I was out there in your neighborhood.....

We do have so many cars... I actually took off the cuff strap on every detector. I just don't like them. I have not had any issues with swinging without them
