ill say it again, allrady completed this boss but i appreciate these guides alot. they make me think of gttp (get to the point) guides from mukluk from guildwars 2, short to the point and you get to know the mechanics ^^
Great video, killed it on my second try. Died on my first attempt due to an outside distraction. It's a pretty simple boss, just follow this vid and make sure you're above your max HP on its third spec and you're good to go. If I were to name anything, you could've been more specific with gear names and tiers, your method of attacking (trident of the swamp), and alternative spells for attacking (for lower end gear). This goes double for those like me (or ironmen) who aren't accustomed to fighting mage. Excellent video though, very helpful.
I found a few! Hopefully one of these was the one you were thinking of :). Thanks for the vid, overall a good guide. 1. Your recommended gear includes a Lightbearer ring but no special attack weapon. Maybe meant to include a Beacon ring or Seers ring or other magic boosting ring. 2. The mage bracelet is named "Tormented bracelet", not " Bracelet of Torture" 3. The Toxic blowpipe attacks every 2 ticks on rapid, not every 1 tick.
@@Wolfizen @Wolfizen 1. Believe it or not this was intentional! I always use a lightbearer because most of the time I have a special attack weapon. I don't think the barbarian rings are worth the money, and I can't afford the DT2 rings. 2. This was the mistake I had in mind! Well done. 3. You are right on this one too! @@10boot Nice!! I agree that the Seers ring is underwhelming. I camped Brimstone ring as my alternative, since it was a decent all-rounder at an okay price. My RSN is Wolfizen. I'm on most evenings, north america time. Ty :)

This is THE BEST strategy, don’t watch other videos, beat Siren first time with this one, died plenty on other strategies.
