You would need to change the activation wires from internal to external. Look into the terminal block where sensor is wired and change the activation wires on both sensors so internal is now on external and vice versa. This option is not able to be done via buttons. The standard way for doors is exit only, but in your case you don't want people walking out, so do the wiring
