Hello Tecman 67 Thanks for the video. However, when we reset the unit, while the operator started working, the maintenance message continues to be there. I believe that after 13 days, the operator will stop operating again displaying the same message. Can you please advise how to permanently remove the message. I understand that in order to avoid the alert, the target has to be set to 0. Where and how the target can be set to 0? Your explanation on this will be very useful.
The operator will NOT stop working. This is just like a service light on you vehicle. The default setting is 60wks. You should have a safety check at least once every 52 weeks.
@@shakzahmed1 One of the side sensors is causing this issue. Check for adjustment, objects too close or possible fault with sensor. If this is not within your skills, I recommended to call an accredited automatic door engineer
