I made this recipe, and it was delicious! My husband has never been a fan of curry, but he loved this dish. I will be adding this recipe to our meal rotation. I love your videos and the recipes I have tried so far. Thank you so much!
Hello everyone, the lady of the house made this for me and the family last night and it was outstanding. This is a must try. You will enjoy its wonderful.
Th you 4 this appetising recipe. Perfectly explained, beautifully filmed, right to the point. I especially appreciate your listing the exact amount of each ingredient, it's extremely important to cooks like me who are eager to try this type of recipe but who are completely out of their depth with using this kind of spices. Watching from France, will make this soon. Pl keep them coming.
@@SangeetaGupta-self65 Yes, that would be an Indian methodology. The Thai always cook (boil) their veggies or meat in a lot of liquid...in this case coconut milk . Btw, thanks, I didn't realise that was why the Indian method of cookery put the coconut milk last. Makes a lot of sense. 🙏
@@sandie157 hi. In Indian methodology, after extracting the coconut milk, we dilute one portion with water and boil the veggies in this diluted version. After they are cooked, we add the thick coconut milk and simmer. That way, you get the flavor and don't lose the nutrients!
okay OMG! I thought you were gonna open up a jar of green curry paste! This is so amazing, I can't wait to make this and the veggies are my favorite! Thank you soooo much!

OMG, so glad I watch this! So simple and my guests minds were blown away, I served with added potatoes, roasted carrots and smoked brisket. Unbelievable coconut base! Thanks so much for sharing!!
Wow... Beautifully done... clear cut, no talking video that is extremely clear. And without the pre-cooked ingredients from the store!!! I'm thoroughly impressed! Like and Subscribe!
Thank you for this amazing channel. I'm just a few months into eaten vegan only, and your (delicious) recipes and presentation and understated-ness and music-only videos are so inspirational. Many thanks!!
I’m in love with the music, are you the pianist by any chance? You are such a talented chef, that I wouldn’t be surprised if you are the musician too. I would love to have the music. Thank you for sharing your beautiful videos.
Oh my gosh! This looks mouthwatering, I’m sick right now and I wish I could get a bowl of this! Thank you for sharing, I can’t wait to try this! I love the base sauce, tofu and veggies!! Ohh man!❤
I made it, I love it!! It’s really easy once you get going with the chopping😊Everything smells so good during the chopping up. I had this years ago and could never find it again; the kits in the grocery store are pricy so when I found your recipe and the ingredients were just a few dollars, I wanted to try to make it. It’s much less expensive than buying the kits and it’s more fresh. A complete winner of a recipe, I will make this often. Thank you.
From this video I have first learned that coriander roots are edible. I love this idea. I also didn’t know fresh snap peas could be eaten with peel on!
@@babitatapandas - These a young and tender snap peas which are usually eaten whole but if you have any concerns about worms, you can always chop the peas in half :)
Have made this today and it was delicious. One of the most satisfying recipes that I've prepared. Was blown away with the result. Made my Sunday. Thank you for nice recipes! 🙂
Merci beaucoup for this, I'll try it. My Malysian friends would always heat the spices first, it wakes up the flavors. You should also cook the stem of the broccoli. Cut it into slices or dices and cook it longer than the florettes. Very crunchy and they taste better than the top part.
What a lovely video, beautifully presented with tasteful musical background (and so well moderated in sound).....AND a beautiful recipe that I CAN make. Grocery list has been written (needed Tofu, snap peas and ginger) so expect to be enjoying this dish with family this upcoming weekend. It will be a lovely surprise for them. We've only enjoyed Thai Green Curry at a local restaurant....now closed (CDN owner and his Thai-born wife have moved back to Thailand). I'm so happy to find/see this preparation
Thank 😊 for sharing easy recipe with out any talk your video was on point from start to the end will give it a go soon I just loved green curry best 👌 👍

Watching this video has me craving a warm bowl of coconut curry! And for the perfect curry, using premium coconut products is essential. That's why I always trust Maha Organic for my coconut curry recipes. Their coconut milk brings such a rich, creamy texture and authentic flavor to the dish, elevating it to another level of deliciousness. Knowing it's organic and sustainably sourced adds even more to the meal. Thanks for sharing this fantastic recipe, and for highlighting quality ingredients like Maha Organic!
Also before the purists start coming in - not everyone has access to galangal and kaffir lime leaves. Even in the SF Bay Area with its big Asian population, I found kaffir leaves to be sparse and rare. Coriander root and lime zest does the trick in getting the base taste down really well. Ginger is not galangal but often times the best we can do. Much love, good to see you posting again. Edit: for those who want nice canned curry paste recommendation for the Thai variety - Maesri is the best, and Maeploy is close but second.
Just tell the purists to “get stuffed”! I live in SE Tx, with a huge Asian community from all nations, and I find that sometimes an American grocer (serving a mixed Asian community) has most ingredients for all recipes…I don’t know where the lime leaves can be found, unless you grow the lime tree in your backyard!
This looks really tasty, and making the sauce in a blender first, what a good idea. A tip. Try using the Microblade zester upside down then the zest gather in the zester then you just tip the zest into the pot.

Looks great, thanks! From a nutrition perspective, always add black pepper when cooking with turmeric, to increase its bioavailability.
Ginger (which she added in her green paste) also helps to increase bioavailability for those who don't tolerate black pepper.
@@alyssisparrotplay4069 Thats really good to know - I knew about the black pepper but not that ginger worked the same way with tumeric - cheers!
Yes,true
Also,I feel coconut milk should not be heated so much ...add towards the end for its nutrition benefit
