We have actually had a new city in Pune for several years now, and it is called Pimpri Chinchwad. It was carefully planned and built with future considerations in mind. When you drive through Aundh, the car moves smoothly and swiftly with no speed bumps. The roads are spacious and well-developed.

In my opinion, Chakan-Moshi-Alandi areas will be the best location to setup New Pune due to the below major points:
    - Large parcel land availability
    - Road Connectivity to Pune via upcoming Pune Ring Road and Pune Nashik Expressway
    - High Speed connectivity to Pune Station via Pune Nashik semi high speed train.
    - Hinjewadi Chakan Metro
Due to these 3 points above, Chakan-Moshi-Alandi belt should witness high scale progress in future. However it all depends how quickly government starts and complete these infrastructure projects. Being second preferred city, Pune has always given less priority than Mumbai so not expecting a lot of infrastructure development to happen quickly.

Shifting Chakan airport to Purandar was a huge blunder. Would have boosted manufacturing in that region. We are ruled by clowns.

Not ruled by clowns. We are a country of clown citizens.

Sir, with this development government need to give more focus on affordable housing for lower middle working class section, rich people can buy multiple house/flats just as an investment, but working class people who really need a house can't get it due to higher costs due to pseudo demand in market 😢

Mr Kishen Milaney ji ...Thanks a lot for this very inspiring video ... I truly hail Nitin Gadkari Jis visionary work in his sector ... my best wishes to him .
I am a resident of Ashiana Senior living in lavasa.
We really want lavasa to get back its past glory . As a senior citizen I have made this my last abode , it is a lovely place to retire .
We are very well taken care of by Ashiana but the crumbling infrastructure is a matter of great depressing concern .
Darwin had won the bid but it is taking time to materialise /almost has fizzled out .
Lavasa has a huge potential to earn tourism revenue .
Hope and Pray central government steps in to save this hill city Paradise !
Your comments on this please !
Will new pune be touching the Bombay pune expressway say towards Ravet Mamurdi Nigdi etc ?

Purandar area is best suited for New Pune. Below are reasons
    - Large non productive land
    - Low cost to buy and develop
    - Zero to neglible hilly areas ensuring straight, wide roads and perfect rectagular land plots
    - Proximity to new airport
    - Proximity to ring road
    - Purandar airport affected people can be easily relocated at low cost and low migration distance.
    - Enough areas to setup small, medium and large industries including IT.
    - Already a high speed road and RRTS is planned for connection with main Pune from new airport. Simply need to add capacity for new Pune city connection.
    - New airport will anyway have lot of financial activity giving financial independance to new city.

Honsetly this ideas and innovation is not required in pune as pune district itself is huge and rank 8th position in india. So already there is good development ongoing through Pune-Mumbai expressway and its behind areas , where flats cost is less then proper development areas. The thing is only how the roads and trnasport infrastructure can be developed in pune is challenge , rest pune is going good in real estate

Can Lavala be converted into new Pune by pooling resources and obtaining green signal from govt. Basic development has already been done hence the project can completed very easy, further it can cut investment on infrastructure development, except investment in Metro line upto Pune. Definitely it will be a lovable place to everyone. In fact people already settled in Pune might migrate to this new Pune.

If it's around PUNE....then its not Gadkari but Sharad Pawar that matters. Mr.Satish Magar is the inlaws of Rohit Pawar and they can do it just like they did Magarpatta. Mr.Sharad Pawar contribute veey much than any politician in Maharashtra to build project like Hinjewadi SEZ, Other MIDCs around PUNE. New city called Pimpri-Chinchwad which is now Muncipal corporation. So its already there just its needs to expand in a sustainable way

Thinking out of the box is what is needed and not doing expansion and making places more crowded with migrants.
Pune ka weather Accha hai but now it’s declining with over population over pollution.
Native states should work on their infra , environment, jobs to provide for the people.
I have seen recent decline in native speaking language in Pune and more adopting to migrant languages.
If this continues then chances of crime, violence will also increase

My view about Airport is , let the Airport remain where it is , convert it into 100% civilian Airport.
Give land to Air force to move lock stock and barrel to new place / any place which can be bought at much cheaper rates not necessarily in Pune only.
Allow Airforce to sell their land bank on commercial terms ,which will get them huge sum considering land cost in Pune. The Airforce's infra can come up from that amount in much better way and still money will be there to spend on other needs.
Yes this has to be done in phases . First the basic infra for A A rforce as per their need should be built and then start selling and shifting things. I think its possible.

Really shifting pune airport from khed chakan to purandar is a blunder. People
who don't know about pune are taking
the decision about the future development in pune. Actually expansion of present airport by acquiring more defence land is also
a good option. But the things are

Now when i am doing all of this society people are told me please don't do this, as it is not allowed.
So, in society rules are same for everyone correct ?? I also arguing same to them that if other people allowed to doing this then why i am not.
One more query sir is society can take any legal action against me?? As other people also already done this in society. So if legal action would happen than it will impact everyone correct ?? Not only me.
