    basic problem that I see is dearth of basic services like water, electricity, road etc. in the major part of the city. Pune not being state capital has many issues with law and order as well. I am not very bullish on the city as it's maxing out it's advantages.

    Very poor infrastructure, in next 10 to 15 years people will leave Pune . Development is very unorganised. PMC is so corrupt. High property taxes but no facilities

    Hi sir ,We thought of buying plot in north Bangalore.its cost is around 3.99-4.35 / sq feet in thammenahalli village ,north Bangalore which is 15 min away from airport not towards Bangalore but opposite to Bangalore. please let me know whether it is a good option to buy or not.       The location is good. You need to weigh the pros and cons of the project and make an independent assessment. Just check the entry price and status of the project before investing.       @@kishenmilaney when there is scope for small towns at far away places in all corners of maharashtra why only pune mumbai.Its a hell out there.people are forced to live in pathetic conditions .there no water still people are forced to move there.infra cost are touching the sky whereas the same amount of money can change fortunes of a small cities.taxpayers have become goats,they know this but are helpless.politicians are butchers and goats have no option but to obey the master.goats are reared for profits only.the human goat repays the master in installments thats the only difference.you just construct these goat farms.I know nothing will change ,not your fault whenever I visit these goat farms I express my sadness,a feeling of real slavery.

    Not factual. Bangalore and Bangalore Rural have between 12 million and 14 million residents. Cauvery water, if managed well and to Japanese standards of management (impossible for Indians to do so), can supply at best 6 million of these. Where is the rest going to come from?

      It is a good location, upmarket. But you must consider traffic woes until the river DP road comes up. Besides, over 15 million Sq. Ft. of commercial space is being constructed. Hope this helps.

      Shirgaon is an upcoming location, it has advantage of proximity to Hinjewadi & Talegaon both. Soon the 120’ DP road will come up from Urse toll naka to Pirangut, besides there is the ring road coming up that side too, these factors will be the game changers.

    Bangalore needs more than double the supply of water than the Cauvery Tribunal has awarded it to supply the entire city. BANGALORE IS ALREADY SHORT SUPPLIED. WHERE IS BANGALORE GOING TO GET A NEW SOURCE OF RIVER WATER PUMPED FROM?

      Let me tell you, the water issues will soon be solved. Actually, more than supply, the distribution network needs to be managed. Besides, the leakages etc need to be taken care of.

      @kishenmilaney let me tell you this...no corrupt government can solve corruption and mismanagement because they are the ones who benefit and who are responsible for the corruption. So, who who is going to 'solve' this problem? Also which government can come up with a new river or change the wasteful mindset of the cities new inhabitants? Wastage and mismanagement cannot add up to 300% of current water supply. Bangalore akd Greater Bangalore (Rural) now has 12 million to 14 million residents...and growing. Cauvery can manage only 6 million, at best, so where does the NEW Cauvery come from?

      @kishenmilaney not factual. Bangalore and Bangalore Rural have between 12 million and 12 million residents. Cauvery water if managed well amd to Japanese standards of management (impossible for Indians to do so) can supply at best 6 million of these. Where is the rest going to come from?
