Notes for Gen Z as they Embark on protests✊ against the Finance Bill 2024

As the Gen-Z proceed with the current protests against excessive taxation in the finance bill 2024, ‪@ContextKenya‬ notes as follows.
1. The protests have been enabled by president Ruto's incompetence which has driven irresponsible taxation regime and also giving western nations free reign to fiddle with internal democratic space of Kenya. @ContextKenya notes that the regime of protest started and expanded after Jill Biden pretended to issue 16 billion through the USAID for fighting draught which implemented no project but opposition's protests appeared almost immediately.
2. It is possible that the current protest will be hijacked by the US which has lulled Ruto to think that Washington is his ally which is not the case.
3. Washington may be seeking regime change in Kenya and Ruto should both listen to citizens and curtail foreign interference through USAID, NED, and Open society foundation. 4. The Gen Z participating the current protest must also note that such may be hijacked by opportunists to cause color revolutions which always leave countries in worse off position and can cause loss of generations.
