Cheers Luke. That was a lovely flight review on a narrowbody jet for 4 and a half hours. We must get used to flights like this over oceans with all these NEOs MAXs LRs XLRs jets.Planes like this cross Atlantic from Europe towards America and back.Same happens over Pacific routes too.Beautiful views from above mate.Really liked it.See you on the next, bye👍
Hey Yannis. No worries, thanks for the support as usual mate! Yeah definitely. Thankfully this was a relatively comfortable flight and I would happily fly 5-7 hours on one of these aircraft. Cheers 👍
Great review Luke, surprised to here it took ages to get through outbound immigration! Usually takes no time these days with the kiosks! Amazing views over North West WA on the way up and again coming into Bali. Looks like a pretty decent experience overall and pretty good timing flight wise to get your Bali holiday off to a relaxed start!. It would be good if Jetstar threw in Entertainment + with the Starter Max bundle though!
Yeah I suspect it was the passport issue.. but who knows. Yeah great views mate! Love the contrast in landscapes throughout Australia! Very cool seeing all the red desert as well. That’s an interesting point mate! That would be good. Cheers for the comment
Great video, Luke. It looks like it was a comfortable ride up to Bali. Nice that they offer GF meals on the flight but unfortunate if they aren’t particularly edible. Hopefully, there will be some better food options on the trip home. Enjoy your stay in Bali!
Thanks Michael! It is good that they have some options available as that wasn’t always the case in the past. Same options as flying JQ back again but that’s all good! Cheers
Wow! Hopefully you had a good flight. Actually, I flew to Denpasar on the same A321neo on the 5th from Adelaide. I quite enjoyed it, hopefully you did too. The only thing I didn’t enjoy about it is they’re no screens 😢
Nice mate! 12 days before me. Yeah I know what you mean, but it’s certainly an improvement on the a320 and the entertainment plus makes the flight more bearable. Cheers 👍
@@LukeCrispyeah I very much agree, the a321neo is newer so it’s better. Jetstar entertainment was good, as I got to watch where I am, but I really didn’t watch or pay attention to any of the movies, just the map😂
We did Brisbane to Bali 6 hours on a 737. Yeh that's probably as far as I'd like to take a 737 lol. Especially as the only hot food option was 2 minute noodles and we couldn't have a second cup of coffee because apparently the Hostie couldn't find any more coffee 😂
To be honest Jetstar is not improving much. They pretty much downgraded from their 787 to an a321neo to go to Bali. They dont even have tv seats anymore.
Adelaide to Bali was just the A320s so I never got to experience the Jetstar 787s… so I could see how it’s a downgrade for you… but for myself it’s obviously slightly better than the old a320s.

Another brilliant honest video

Yeah that’s a long time to be cooped up in a smaller plane. Was that VA or QF?
@@LukeCrisp VA
Not too bad to be on an A321 Neo for a flight this long. I find food sold onboard to be a hit or miss, and sadly on your flight it's not edible
@@TripReportaviation Yeah you’re never going to get something that tastes great… it’s more if you’re starving and want something to tie you over.
