University of Mpumalanga Research And Innovation Day

The inaugural UMP Research and Innovation Day is bolstered by the strong trajectory of research
established at the University, and celebrate the significant achievements of researchers, postgraduate
students and collaborators of the Faculties. This first Research and Innovation Day is also held in recognition
of UMP’s Decade of Excellence Celebration. The event aims to encourage academic staff and emerging
researchers to be research-active, and to position UMP research to both internal and external stakeholders,
especially cognisant of the Institutional Research Themes.
