I've had it installed for a few months now and it sounds nice. I can see how it might get old on an all-day road trip, but its fun for just driving around town.
Nissan makes a good truck. Problem is here in America truck owners are brand loyal. Nissan can’t break into a market when truck owners are constantly telling you, you gotta buy a Ford, Chevy or Ram.
@@budbowl77 true. Ive had plenty fprd trucks, but the 17 titan is hands down the best. Japanese car quality to me at least even as an american is super high. My evo is my track car, and all my bikes have been kawis. I have literally nothing bad to say about import trucks but american trucks are kinda built like shit for the long hauls. They dont last.
@@shad3128 I've had the exact opposite experience. The biggest issue I've had from a domestic car is my old 99 Mustang GT had the thermostat housing crack, and that was back in like 2004. My 03 Lightning that I've had for almost 14 years cannot be killed while rocking stock pulleys. The only Japanese car I've owned with great reliability for me was my 93 Civic DX. My 95 GSR was a POS that burnt oil like crazy, and dropped a cylinder at under 125K miles. My wife's old 2010 Civic EX was a total lemon with more stupid issues than I care to list. I have friends with current GEN Titans, and they're decent trucks. I don't hate them, but with my 6 year old 18 F150 XLT 302A FX4, 5L, 10R80 truck I don't envy them either. BTW I love EVO VIII/IX's. Badass cars for sure, as any 4G63T car can be straight up fast. With that said, terms like quality, and reliability don't come to mind when thinking EVO/Eclipse/RX7/350Z/WRX/etc. A 600 HP Coyote or LS/LT is likely going to be more reliable, and feel more quality/refined than any of the engines in those platforms pushing out 600+ HP. Maybe not a H/C/I/ bolton/tuned LS/LT make 600+ HP, but a boosted one for sure.
After install do you feel any difference in transmission shifting rough sometimes or banging into gear at all and I feel the downshifting is rough just doesn't feel right
The data sheet from Z1 highlights a HP increase but I never confirmed this and I do believe there is a slight acceleration improvement. Throttle response is the same.
Bash me if you want, im die hard ford. But ive never thought of a titan as a truck for me until i saw an ad on facebook for a 21 titan pro 4x....now im kinda intrigued. I just HATE the style of buttons for the steering wheel controls....60k truck, couldnt update steering controls?!?!
Exhaust sounds legit. Coming from a first gen, the 9 speed shifts so fast. Love hearing the VK56 with a quick trans.
Nice! You just sold me.
My '23 Pro4X is having this exhaust installed right now.

Great exhaust system. If you can ever find them in stock..
Damn that sounds nice!!
I’m my opinion I’m surprised that that the Nismo kit didn’t come or have an option of a crossover pipe between the engine banks
The Titan should have competed directly against the big 3

Nissan also does not put ANY money into advertising and marketing for our Titan!

quick question what exhaust model is this? Sound great.
Thanks
Can you give it some gas and maybe a drive by video would appreciate it thanks
Man this sounds so clean. How much did it set you back?
From Nissan it's $2195.00 plus labor if you do it there.
Awesome!! Improved throttle response or power?

How's the cabin drone on the highway?
Has anybody had to get their intake valves cleaned on the 2nd gen Titan?

Can you feel any difference after the install as far as power? MPG?
Hello,
There is a slight difference in acceleration from what I can tell and mpg is about the same with normal driving.
Can this be installed into a 2019 titan
Hmm this sounds good. But I think the Cherry bombs are more my speed for being obnoxious
Needs an Xpipe and dumps to either side
