    Do you as a viewer happen to know how to display multiple updated programmes within one single layout in P6?

    The flagpole really is in the critical path though. Does it cost minuscule amount compared with the entire building? definitely yes. Do you consider the project complete without the flagpole?Will the delay of flagpole installation delay the project completion? Definitely!

      The point you're overlooking is, was the flagpole *actually* critical to anything? Or did it arrive and site in storage by the time the roof was ready? This is the difference between forensic delay analysis and planning.

      @@mandem7177 Yes, it is critical to completion. Do you consider the project complete without the flag? No. That means it is critical.

      @@mandem7177 it doesnt matter if the flag arrived in the jurassic period or when the roof is completed. As long as it is not installed on the roof before completion date, the project is delayed.
