Couple of things...1. Lense selection? MFT is waaay ahead in terms of variety and third party support. 2. if you are an enthusiast why invest in more than 2k in a lens?? just get a canon R50..! GH5 auto focus got fixed with the frimare update... TRUST me , i have it, along side with Canons and Sony Cameras. 3. Color profile? just use natural, and bring it all down to 0 or less... actually the GH5, comes with Vlog. Canon Color Science is predictable in video. Sony and Panasonic, have their Magic....

Was the lens mount the main/only reason why you decided to get the RP over the Canon M6 MkII (if it ever was on your shopping radar)? As it sounds this little one had the things you were looking for except future-proofing. I'm kind of stuck between the two as the RP keeps a door open for future upgrades, even though new RF entry bodies are to be announced soon, while the M6 II, even with the limited lens selection, looks like a fun and powerful camera.

Are you doing photography? And is there potential to turn it into a side hustle? If "yes", I would go RF/RP.

I’ve only used canon & Fuji and I’ll prob never go back to Fuji because that autofocus in video isn’t great. Canon is great for focus and SOOC color. What’s the lens you use with the RP?

RF 24-70mm, I highly recommend it!

Hey - would love to help! These things will inform my recommendation:
      - Is the camera going to be on a tripod with no movement? Is the video just for the person giving the sermon or do you plan on capturing different people at different distances (i.e. getting singers/drummer/choir/then moving back to the speaker?)
      - Is there any way to get more light? Most times making the $100-200 investment in lights makes more impact than getting a fancy camera.
      - What is your budget for camera + lens?
      - Do you plan on mixing audio? At 10-40 ft, the audio quality will go significantly down, especially if it's in a chapel situation with the reverberating sound. You'll need to consider getting a lapel mic or mixing the sound in.
      - How long is the livestream? If it's longer than the battery can handle, you'll need to get a continuous power source.
      - Curious to hear your thoughts on livestream versus pre-recorded. I'm assuming you guys value production quality (that's why you're looking into a camera). But also in a livestream environment, you don't get to have a "second take". So curious to hear the balance between the production quality and wanting to have something "live".

@@angelsuniverse6021 I would go with the canon m50 with 15-45mm lens. Great autofocus, 4K, budget friendly, and should do OK in low light. Good luck!

Thanks for the video. I wish you also put a side by side comparison of the same footage. Which one do you think have better image quality when shooting 4k video?

I didn't have the luxury of having both cameras at the same time, otherwise I would have. The aquarium shop was my attempt at side-by-side 😅. 4k was not a consideration for me on the RP since it's got a huge crop and no autofocus!

Ah, I see the error now. It's supposed to be a side-by-side at 0:44. Still learning the youtube ropes...

good choice...auto focus and color science of canon is superb!
for the lens...24-70 is the best focal for me..you have wide on 24 and zoom on 70...unlike 15-35 its
    just limits you
