I lumped in the ND filter with the lenses and also combined the Luts with cinestyle so it's more than 5 all together but the numbering was setup a little quirky : ). If you liked this video you can check out this tutorial I made about Videography basics. Peace! th-cam.com/video/baK0zB3sh_s/w-d-xo.html
Dude, you’re incredible at taking technical concepts and talking about them in a way that makes sense to anyone. Hands down the most helpful photo/video channel on TH-cam
Thanks man! I appreciate that.
I agree. this is the most useful camera video I’ve seen. Fantastic
@@nicoled5160 Thanks!
Thanks to this video, i get clear so many doubts. Thank you for so simply language. 😊😉
Only took one video for me to like him
Thank you so much! Got the R50 for Christmas and in 5 minutes you answered a bunch of my questions to get a zoom lens at a reasonable price.
Glad I could help!
Fulaan you have literally made my life so easier with your videos. I am starting my journey of content creation soon your tips will help me a lot. God bless you (not sure if you believe in that or not) but I wish you the best your channel is a gem!!!

Always a good day when homeboy Fulaan drops a new video.

Salams brother !
Thanks bro! I appreciate it. Wa alaykumus salaam wa rahmatulaahi wa barakaatuh.
thank you thank you thank you. didn’t know about the adapter and it’s actually a reasonable price to help with getting lenses!
First time watching, love your video style thank you for the informational no bs video!
I appreciate that!
Fulaan thank you for this breakdown Ive learned a lot from your videos, just purchased the R50.
Awesome! Thanks for watching and commenting.
I have been considering getting a nicer camera for about a year now. Found your channel researching the R50. Great info from this and several other videos. Appreciate your presentation style and details. Earned a sub from me!
Awesome, thank you!
@FulaanCreative hi, may I ask which camera would you recommend ?
This is a very useful video for me. Thank you, sir.
Thank you so much, you've saved me so much time and money with these tips.
Glad I could help!
Great videos man! Bringing problems and solutions !
Appreciate it!
Just about to buy an r50 and will defo be coming back to this video!
Awesome. Thanks!
Hi, can we attach powerbank directly to R50
I'm a total camera newbie that just found out about the Canon R50 today, but your explanations still made sense to me. Thanks man!
Awesome! Thanks for watching and commenting.
Same!
Brother thank you so much for your content. I was debating the lumix s5II or the R50. I pulled the trigger on the R50 because it will allow me to get more lenses and the biggest are I want to get into is sports photography. Keep up the great videos.
Thanks! Glad I could help.
Forgot all about the R50 as the update and replacement of the M50. Awesome breakdown and added solutions for each issue. Also great recommendation on the Meike adapter as I recently picked one one up for the R7.
Thanks! Yeah man, that Meike adapter is next level value.
Which meike adapter ? Please post the link here
@@ronn1NNNNN Meike Lens Adapter for EF-Mount Lens to Canon RF-Mount Camera, bought at B&H
@@ronn1NNNNN Do you own and R50 or M50?
@@FulaanCreative I use r50
I'm getting the R50 next month. I already spent most of what I had on other accessories I would need for the camera. I got the configuration with the RF-S 18-45mm kit lens. It seems like I'll be fine with the lens for some time. However, once I get enough, I think I'll pick up the Mieke adaptor and the EF Nifty-Fifty (because it's cheaper). That ND filter seems like it'd be very useful. Great video!
Thanks for watching and commenting.
very smooth presentation ... really enjoyed this ..
Thanks! I appreciate that.
I’m sold on the R50 thanks to you, you got yourself a new subscriber
Awesome! Thank you!
Thank you so much for making this vid. Was just about to buy it after watching your prior vid earlier this morning XD.
You are very welcome. Thanks for watching and commenting.

I just subbed! you explain things so clearly . thank you
Thanks! I appreciate it.
Hola. Love love love your videos! So I’m new to the game and considering buying the Canon R50. I take your opinions and recommendations to heart. I want to start doing a bilingual music & educational program for kids and other content as well. Thanks for your videos! Peace!
Once again LOVE IT
Thanks!
Got an R7 and went with the Meike drop-in adapter and a set of EF(-S) lenses (18-135, 10-18, Sigma 18-35) instead of RF. The kit lens for the R7 is great, but I don't wanna buy filters for every lense. The Meike adapter solves this perfectly, so long as I go full EF.
Nice! That Meike adapter is agame changer for real.
Man loving your channel. I am looking for my first camera for photos and videos of my sons baseball capturing. Great job my man!!!
Thanks!
I enjoyed the way you taught!
Glad to hear that!
Ok ok, challenge accepted! Awesome breakdown video as always 👍
Thanks! I appreciate that.
Gold, right here!
Thanks! I Appreciate it.
First of all I love your format and production. So thanks! 🤘🏼
I do have a question for you if you could answer please.
I am considering this camera for my live stream but I am not sure if it is great for live streaming vs the Sony ZV-E10.
Any thoughts?
Both can livestream very well. Sony has more lens choices. Canon is a bit easier to use.
Love your content 💯👌
Could you recommend a beginners camera and kit for aviation photography?
This would entail moving aircraft and static aircraft, too. Thank you, and keep up the smashing work 💯💪
Thanks! I appreciate that. It all depends on your budget. I think the newer Sony cameras are great for the type of work you are trying to do because the AutoFocus is very fast and accurate. They also have an AF mode that detects planes. I think the R50 also has an airplane AF mode so it might also be worth a shot.
@@FulaanCreative Hey 👋 thanks so much for your time and suggestions. 💯🙌
Is it possible to get clean HDMI output? Canon site does not list the new R cameras as capable (the web page seems outdated) and want to switch to "cleaner sensor" from SL3.
Thanks in advance!
I recently purchased the Canon R50 & would like know what lenses you recommend for indoor concerts. I’d prefer to not use an adapter, but I’m open to opinions.
With low light & fast motion I know this is challenging.
By the way your video was great & I’ll be watching more.
Which lens you bought?
Would this camera be good for weddings? If so, which lenses do you recommend?
Thank you for all the videos you've done man amazing job as always! I have a question and want your insight so I am tempted to get an R50 should I get the bundle that includes the RF-S55-210mm?
Thanks! I've never used that lens but I would imagine it's a good lens. If the price is right I don;t see why not.
I don’t think that lens is that sharp. The sharpest of the kit lenses is the 18-150 rfs. The 18-45 rfs is also not that sharp but decent for the $100 they’re charging with the kit. I got the 18-45 and will upgrade when canon comes out with better apsc lenses.
Very good video! Would you recommend getting this camera for shooting events like weddings? :)
It can do it but with some limitations. It's not meant for pro use. Not that the results are not pro but that you can't run it all day everyday in a pro work environment. It isn't built for that.
Since the r50 shoots 10 bit you could apply a colour space transform to C-log or whatever log you want in resolve and grade happily there. it'll handle well
I'm not the biggest fan of hdr-pq but you are right you could make it work if you wanted to.
Is there a way to get a C-log in r50? Is color space an alternative for C-log?
Fantastic video, love the lighting and presentation! Subbed :) Is the R50 good for beginner real estate? If so, which lens would you suggest I buy for wide angle? Thanks!
Thanks! The new Canon 16mm pancake RF lens is good. If you need wider than I would get an adapter and use the EF-S 10-18 mm
@@FulaanCreative thank you my friend! I think the EF10-18mm might be the way forward after researching the RF16 (what would that actually be, not 16mm being cropped sensor)
@@wolfiemedia Yes excactly, it would be a 24mm which may or may not be wide enough for your needs
I do some catering as well as some food and travel vlogging. What would the best camera to use that's not overly expensive. The only pictures I've been taking is with my phone.
The R50 would fit the bill quite nicely
Great video been doing research on a new camera a few years ago I used to have a a7ii but sold it looking into getting a new camera for wild life and long exposure shots, in between the Fuji film xs10 and canon r50, what do you think? And I heard canon is allowing third party lenses now.
In this case it's really about which ecosystem / lens line-up you wan to get into as both cameras are good entry level options. I heard Canon is allowing Sigma to make lenses but not sure if it's allowing all 3rd party companies or not. They shot themselves in the foot with that one.
Very good video and I really think that I will buy this camera!! I just had one question, would this camera fit on the Moza mini P stabilizer?
Thank you :)
Thanks! Honestly I'm not sure as I have never used that stabiliser.
Hello been really stress about what camera to buy I currently own a Sony zv-1 but want to upgrade to either a Sony e10 or canon m50 mark 2. I do a lot of vlogging with a tripod and I want to take great photos as well for my social. Hate the jump videos I get with my Sony zv1 need better stabilization without using a big gimbal? Can you suggest anything please😢
Good thing is: I found fixes for each of them
We love you
Thanks for watching and commenting
Hey! Great video, could you please help me understand if it’s a good camera for beauty content creators, please?
I wanted to upgrade between the R50 and eos RP which would you recommend for a full-time videographer and content creator ?
Amazing!! Thank you so much for the review. What do you think of Nikon ZFC. Im just a newbie 😭 thinking to buy canon R50 or nikon zfc. just for travel and shoot some nice views and city.
Thanks! Honestly I don't know much about the Nikon ZFC
good stuff, thanks, i opt for phone photo, click and tweak and post, all done :D but sometimes is nice to set up and edit on pc and stuff,.
Yep, the camera in most of our pockets is actually quite powerful and efficient.
Great video❤ How is the battery backup? How many shots in a single charge?
Between 320 and 450 or so
Can this be a good camera for music videos?
Great video 👍🏻. Have a question? Between the canon m50 the R50 and the lumix G7 , which one would you recommend for photos ?
Thanks for your help in advance 🙏
Thanks! Personally I'd go with the R50
just bought one, thanks for your share. What kind of filter will be better? Kase or Nisi?
Nice. I know Nisi filters are very high quality but I have never used Kase filters so I can't say.
What was the adapter you spoke of with the black mist filter? BTW, great blogs!
Thanks! It was the Meike ND Adapter.
When I slapped 18-35F1.8 on my shitty 2012 eos m, the pic coming out of it is like night and day compared to even 22F2 or 50F1.8stm. Greatest lenses you can buy for your little apsc sensor camera. Can’t wait to buy an R50.
I also used the 18-35 on the EOS M once and your right, I couldn't believe the images I was getting were coming out of a $200 camera.
im thinking of buying a canon r50 but i need your opinion on this. I got a canon 700D with crop mood installed, having a blast using it and learning about color grading with davinci resolve, now my problem is the lack of autofocus when using crop mood, yeah its a great cheap camera if you have it on a tripod and focus the scene you want and leave it like that but for handheld street filming i really wanted the autofocus and some sort of stabilization , also how is the color grading on the r50 compared to the 14bit raw from crop mood? can you push the colors a fair bit without getting the quality ruined? in your opinion is it worth the upgrade? currently costs 780€ with the Rfs 18-45 is Stm kit lens.
thank you for all the work you put on your content to help us
The R50 in 10-bit HDR PQ might be able to be graded a bit without destroying the image but compared to 14 bit raw footage I don;t think it will be the same. That being said AF is a must really.
Can you please provide comparison of canon R50 vs Sony a6100
Love your videos. How is the R50 for real estate videography? Was looking at the R8, but R50 would save me a ton, especially with just starting out. Thank you
Thanks! Honestly for professional real estate videography the R8 is much better and worth the investment. The reason is mainly due to it's ability to shoot in 4k 60 fps without a crop. This is essential in real estate videography. Also the wider field of view will be crucial for filming rooms and other tight spaces. If you pair the R8 with the affordable Canon 16mm f2.8 RF lens you will have a nice real estate setup.
@FulaanCreative amazing, thank you so much. My husband and I will each be purchasing. Would you think we could get away with the R8 for video, and R50 for photos? Or R8 would be crucial for both? Thanks again for your help
@@michelleturcotte6610 the R50 is a very capable camera for the price. The only downside for real estate photography would be the difficulty in getting wide shots when inside a room. You would have to get a very wide lens like a 10mm which is possible but lenses that wide are harder to find for aps-c cameras such as the r50 whereas the full frame equivalent would be a 16mm which there are plenty of. Other than that the R50 would be fine for real estate photography. I have a video about full frame cameras vs crop (aps-c) cameras which may help you understand the differences better. Here is the link th-cam.com/video/0zTfbk7C_C8/w-d-xo.html
Thanks for this video!
What lens would you recommend to get for this camera for someone who wants great quality for instagram photos & and video portraits and influencer lifestyle photography& video?
You are welcome. The Canon 16mm RF f2.8 would be pretty good for all of that.
Hi there! I am considering buying the camera for wedding videography. What lense would you recommend?
The Sigma 18-35 with the Meike EFT-R ND Adapter. That would be a very versatile setup.
What lens would you use in a fast environment, drifting/donuts car event? For daytime and nighttime ?
The RF 16mm f2.8 would be a good fit for medium-wide shots. If you need further reach the RF 50mm f1.8 would also be nice.
I’m a newbie to the R50 camera world. Thanks for sharing your knowledge especially about the lens. I’m interested in taking photos of my grandsons baseball games. If I get the Canon55-250 mm lens what adapter do I need to get? Will I need anything else? Thanks!!!
I would suggest the Meike ND adapter. It's called the Meike EFT-R
@@FulaanCreative thank you!
Hey! Your link for
(Meike EFT-R Drop-in ND Adapter) links to a M4/3 adapter on Amazon UK
Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately it will point to a different item if the intended one is out of stock.
Amazing video! What if I can't find the adapter, can I just by a regular adapter and use a ND filter on top of the lens? Sorry if my question's dumb, I just kicked off in this camera world a few days ago.
Yes a normal adapter will work just fine.
Very informative thank you very much, but i wanted to ask about EF 75 - 300, i find it less pricey than the 55 - 250 one , but am new to cameras so...
IT should be great for long range stuff like birding and wildlife etc
@@FulaanCreative ah, thank you very much 🙏
Can you link the Micah adapter that you talked about in your video? Thank you so much!!
I can't leave the link here in the comments but if you go to the video description it's there as "Meike drop in ND adapter"
If u were to stick with the rfs lens what would u recommend for street and landscape shooting?
Really appreciate u ❤
I haven't seen any good rf-s lenses so I'd just grab some rf lenses. I'd get the Canon 16mm f2.8 rf and the canon 50mm f1.8 rf
I am beginner and I would like to start doing outdoor lifestyle photography in the future. Is this a good camera to start and eventually do outdoor lifestyle photography? If not, what other camera do you recommend and what lens would be best for that type of photography?
I think it's a great camera for that.
Hi there , this thing I wish you addressed is the new hot shoe. Since all canon flashes are not usable , what can be done? Thank you .
Unfortunately I can't say as I've never used any on camera flash.
Yes , you like videos ... cool.
also forgot to ask ya. i have a canon eos rebel t2i camera collecting dust. was wondering if its still good for streaming or filming. Or should i let it go. not sure what to do with it.
I'm sure it's still capable of taking good photos and video but for streaming I 'm not sure as it's a bit dated.
I want to love this camera soooo bad. But honestly I just can’t get past the lack of lens offerings. I am having a difficult time convincing myself to make the plunge to the Canon RF system and investing in EF glass at the same time. I just can’t make it make sense. I will go with Sony A6700 or Fuji X-S20. Likely the Sony due to superior autofocus performance. Regardless, lens selection for either make Canon look silly.
Yep, Canon was very shortsighted with the lens situation. Unfortunately
Why does everyone gripe about the "lack" of RFS lenses?? Canon has released some great RF primes that are affordable and would work great with these crop sensor R cameras! The new 35mm f/1.8 or RF nifty fifty are perfect for APSC.
There are some decent lenses but some gaping holes in the lineup. Crop cameras have to have an ultrawide in there. Something equivalent to the ef-s 10-18. They would need to make a 10-18 with a fast aperture. f1.8 or so. There are some other missing pieces but that is the main one for me.
I like your video, but What do you think about using the Canon R50 with the Meike adapter and a Sigma Art 24-70 2.8 EF mount?
Sure why not? It would give you about a 30mm - 100mm focal range which is very useful in numerous scenarios.
@@FulaanCreative thanks man!
With the EF-S mount, do you really need an ND filter for variable aperture lenses more than F2.8?. I get it for a wider aperture. And how is the low light performance and high ISO in the R50?
For outdoors you would need an ND filter in many cases. Low light is better than it was on the M50 but it's still not as strong as similarly priced sony cameras.
Going to be shooting sports video soon with the Canon R50 and the budget friendly Ef 75-300mm lens. What adaptor do you recommend? Thanks
The Meike EFT-R
What is the best affordable camera for tiktok instagram?
Super, j’adore…
Can I know which is better for wild life photography with the rf 100-400mm lens??? R10 or R50? I am planning to buy this week
R10
Good vídeo, can You tell me where I can set the R50 to shoot with a helios 44, idk where is that setting
It's not a setting. You would just need an adapter and a specially fitted Helios lens. You can find them on Amazon.
@@FulaanCreative I got the m42 to EF and I put it in My Eos R with the EF to R mount adapter, but I does not work in R50
@@marcelostormrage I'm not sure if this is the issue but it might help - If it's the older manual focus/manual aperture type of lens, you have to set "allow shutter to fire without lens on camera" in the menu to use them. The reason is because the lens has no electronic communication with the camera,so the camera doesn't "know" a lens is installed, By default, the camera is designed to not allow the shutter to be fired without a lens, so this override is needed. Setting it to allow the shutter to work doesn't change anything when using the camera with more modern lenses that have the electronic communication (both lenses in EF-M mount and adapted EF-mount lenses).
Incidentally, there are also modern lenses that are manual focus/manual aperture, that require this menu setting to allow camera to "shoot without lens".
Finally, when using any lens without electronic aperture control, you will have limited use of the exposure modes. "M" or fully manual mode will work, of course. "M + Auto ISO" also should work. "Av" or aperture priority mode also should work. Experiment with them on your camera to see if they work okay. But, "P" (program) and "Tv" (shutter priority) will not. Both of those require the camera have means of setting the lens aperture, which it doesn't with this type of lens. The "scene modes" such as "sports", "landscape", "portrait", etc. will probably also not work. (I honestly don't know because I never use them).
@@FulaanCreative thanks for this usefull I really thank you. Sorry for keep asking, where can I find "allow shutter to fire without lens.." setting?
Hi! I have been watching your YT, I watch other TH-camrs too that it said using the EFS lenses can reduce the resolution the pixel down to 40% how true is that? Thanks!
Hello. I have never ran into any problems or noticed any loss of quality. I mostly do video but for the few photos I have taken I haven't noticed any problems either.
@@FulaanCreative Thank you for the reply Sir, as Im about to buy this R50 with my EFS lenses from my old Rebel T4i, I need to upgrade thats why I need to know. Thanks and you got my sub and my to go camera settings and more.
Great video.. I have a question, I have a Canon 80D that I bought for video about 6-7 years ago, I still use the kit lens that I came with. It does not have 4K. When doing video indoors with the loss of daylight it is quite of noise/distortion in the video even thought there is not really a low light situation in the room I am making the video. Is there a lens you would recommend for my 80D that will make much better video in low light indoors or should I just go ahead and buy a new camera ? What's your opinion ? Thank you very much.. :D
A new camera would be a good move. If your not in the position to get a new camera then an f1.8 lens would help. Maybe the EF 50mm f1.8
@@FulaanCreative Do you have any ideas what camera I should get with great low light capabilities and 4k ? we are talking low budget now, maybe up to 1000 Euros or 1000 US dollars. Thanks

I didn’t understand, with a ef to EOS r adapter can I use third party lenses like sigma or temron?
I am between purchasing eos r50 and Sony a6100
Can you help me decide ?
Yes you can use any third party EF lens (Sigma, Tamron etc).
I recently purchased the Canon R50 with the kit lens 18-45. How's the autofocus when using Sigma 18-35 1.8 on the R50 with an EF to RF adapter?
AF works great. I mainly shoot video but I would imagine it's fine for photos as well.
Would you recommend just buying body only then with the kit lenses not being up to scratch compared to others available?
The kit lens is so cheap when purchased with the camera, it's hard to pass up. Might come in handy as a back up lens.
@FulaanCreative thanks for the reply. Last question, I can get the r50 with 18-45mm kit lens for a price almost the same as a body only r10, which would you recommend?
@@ImxConnorOwenthe r10 can shoot 4k at 50 or even 60 fps, but it’s cropped. The continuous autofocus for video is much slower. The screen resolution is lower. It can shoot many more photos continuously before it has to pause for a few seconds. 50 min of continuous 4k30 vs about 40 around 21C. It has a higher continuous photo speed 15/23 fps vs 12/15. Requires canon webcam utility (which I hate) to be used as a webcam. Older processor, so even though the battery is larger, it has a shorter battery life. Less autofocus zones. No automatic focus switching between object in hand and face (useful for product reviews). Supports uhs-ii SD cards (r50 only supports uhs-i). I hope this helps.
Would you recommend the r50 or the r10? How’s the r50 with the ‘missing’ knobs and buttons? I shoot mostly in manual mode, with manual focus. Does the r50 has the manual focus beep? I’m about to buy one of the two but I can’t choose haha
The r10 feels better in the hand and is better at photography so it's worth the little extra cash in my opinion. I never used Manual Focus Beep so I'm not sure about that one.
@@FulaanCreative Thanks a lot!
Can you recommend what camera stabilizer is best for the R50? Im lost for which one to pick
You mean a gimbal?
@@FulaanCreative whatever its called😁 i shake alot bc of some nerve problem
Hey! I bought the camera along with the. Meike EFT-R Drop-in ND Adapter you recommended and I am guessing I misunderstood something. Neither of my Sigmas fit within it. I have the.
- Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens for Canon EF-M
-Sigma 30mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens for Canon EF-M Mount
I'm sorry, I'm really just a beginner, but I assumed the EF-M stood for EF mount and I therefore thought this adapter would allow me to use these lenses with the R50 (currently using M50), but they don't fit into the adapter. Is there another adapter you could Reco for me to be able to use these sigma lenses with the R50?
Hello. Unfortunately those lenses are on for the M-Mount. There is no adapter to enable them to work with The R50. The Meike EFT-R Adapter works with EF lenses as you correctly states but not EF-M. Hope that clarifies.
@@FulaanCreative bummer, thx!
Wait, it doesn't have Clog on it, but recording on HRDPQ will have the same result? It's a 10bit camera, so color grading should be cooler, right?
I found HDR PQ a bit difficult to grade. I think it is more intended for HDR output. C-log is much better for normal screens.
2:00 black mist drop in filter (1/8 or 1/4) to use with the mieka for the R50?? I don’t know the different (1/8 or 1/4)
The 1/4 is very intense, it will look almost dreamy. The 1/8 is less pronounced and almost unnoticeable but it's the one I prefer.
@@FulaanCreative my man.. thank you always. Just got the R50 w/the 50mm and the mek to use my ef-s lenses (already had the M50) got my atem mini iso ..I’m ready for this podcast biz finally ..you’ve been a great help along the way! I can always relate KEEP WINNING #215salute
Should i use ef 50mm f1.8 with an adaptor or buy an rf50mm f1.8
The RF 50mm is nice and cheap. I would choose that over the older EF version as they are the same price. The only advantage the older one will give you is the ability to use it with the built in ND adapter.
I’m about to buy a camera as a beginner kinda looking for something that can go up to the more upper beginner skills… should I get Canon 250d or R50?
The R50 is much better. the 250d is a bit dated.
HI, so you think is better if I buy the Canon EOS M50 mark ii or the Canon EOS R50? I'm a newbie.. I need the best choice with this budget to do photos at my family..
Canon R50
@@FulaanCreative Thanks :-)
The Mieke lens Adapter you suggest on amazon, can you confirm this adapter will work on my R50? RF to EF & EFS Lens. ( Meike MK-EFTR-C VND Drop-in Filter Auto-Focus Mount Lens Adapter for Canon EF to EOSR with Variable ND Filter and UV Filter for EOS R R5 R6 RP R7 R10 C70 Cameras) Thank you.
It pointed you to the wrong adapter most likely because the correct one is out of stock. The one that will work is the EFT-R
Hi, should I buy the r50 body only or with its rfs 18-45 mm kit ?
The kit lens is so cheap that it's worth having even if you will get another lens right away.
Thanks man !!
So, I have a question... I love pretty bright videos and photos, I used a Nikon dd3300 with 50mm 1.8 lens before upgrading to canon r50, now I few like the clarity is missing, canon 50mm 1.8 looks darker then Nikon 50 1.8.... so my question is, for brighter and smoother images (baking tutorials my case) using R50 with mist filter and a EFS lens? thank you!!!
That sounds more of a situation that can be dealt with via picture profiles and or color grading. Try changing the picture profile and if that doesn't work try getting the look you want by color grading in post.
@@FulaanCreative thank you so much for the prompt reply!!
sorry, Im pretty new to this world, but what you mean by picture profile?
@@FulaanCreative Also I was googling if there is much difference in light for Nikon AFS to canon RF 50mm 1.8, does it? thank you!!
SORRY!! Just found it!! Great!! I have a recipe shooting this afternoon, I'll try it! I use natural lights only! Thank you!
Okay so what is the issue with using full frame ef or rf lens on the apsc bodies?
No issue. With EF you'll need an adapter and with RF you won't. You just won't get the focal of the lens becasue the aps-c body will give you a focal length that is 1.6x crop. So a 22mm lens will actually give you 35mm etc...
@@FulaanCreative thanks!!
Also, we'll need an adapter to use an external flash.... Cause the grip on this model don't support the flash that we can put on past Canon DSLR
I didn't know that. Thanks for sharing.
How would you advise someone making little documentaries and travel videos. Fx30 ? R8? R50?
Most would probably say the fx30. Personally I'd go with the R8. There is a battery grip you can buy for $60 that was designed for the RP. It works for the R8 and lets you use 2 batteries at once effectively doubling the lousy battery life.
@@FulaanCreative purely based on image quality :)-!?
Is the R50 with a 50mm RF lens stronger or the iPhone 13 Pro Max in terms of shooting videos? Please reply because I am very confused
The R50 is better due to the larger sensor and interchangeable lenses.
How does the Lut work? Is it an app that connects to the camera?
You add it in when editing. IT's used with editing programs such as Davinci Resolve, Final Cut, Cap Cut etc...
@@FulaanCreative I have cap cut. So I can download it and the program will go into CapCut?
Canon R50 vs FujiFIlm XS10, been debating between these two. Which one would you recommend? Would mainly be used for travel photography and videos.
Both are good. Canon has better AF. Fuji has it's own vibe. It's not for everyone but if you like it you probably love it you know.
Is the R50 good for shooting interviews? I am going to work as an interviewer for a while and the R50 seems very good overall, but all the videos I could find talked mostly about cinematography and shooting landscapes.
Yes it's great for interviews. Especially with Canons color science and god autofocus. The only potential downside is the 1 hour record limit.
@@FulaanCreative thanks for the answer! Your videos are helping me a lot btw.
