Collective Being | trauma-informed orienting, grounding and centring meditation with Jo

  • This trauma-informed meditation provides an introduction to the practices of 'orienting', 'grounding' and 'centring'.
    This practice is led by Collective Being team member and Director Jo Buick (she/her), who is trained in trauma-informed practices as a Trauma-Centre Trauma Sensitive Facilitator, IRest Teacher, Trauma Informed Educator, and is a lead trainer on the Yoga for HumanKIND teacher trainings.
    This practice is 10 minutes in duration, and can be paused or stopped at any time to take a break, integrate or reflect.

    Thank you. I was having a rough morning with dissociation and anxiety that is trauma related. This guide has been the most helpful for me so far. ❤️
